상기 응결 석고 코어는 밀도가 약 10 pcf 내지 약 30 pcf인 저분진 석고 벽판. - 제1항에 있어서,
물, 치장 회반죽(stucco), 호화 전분과 나프탈렌술폰산 분산제를 포함하고, 또한 상기 호화 전분을 상기 치장 회반죽 중량 기준으로 약 0.5 중량% 내지 약 10 중량%로 함유하고 있는 석고 함유 슬러리로부터 상기 응결 석고 코어를 제조한 것을 특징으로 하는 저분진 석고 벽판. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 나프탈렌술폰산 분산제를 상기 치장 회반죽 중량 기준으로 약 0.1 중량% 내지 약 3.0 중량%로 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저분진 석고 벽판. - 제4항에 있어서,

(b) 상기 석고 함유 슬러리에 완성된 벽판의 총 틈새 부피가 약 75% 내지 약 95%가 되도록 하는데 충분한 양의 비누 거품을 가하는 단계;
(c) 상기 석고 함유 슬러리를 제1 덮개판 위에 도포하는 단계;
(d) 상기 도포한 슬러리 위에 제2 덮개판을 놓아 석고 벽판을 형성하는 단계;
(e) 상기 석고 함유 슬러리가 절단하기에 충분할 정도로 마른 뒤에 상기 석고 벽판을 자르는 단계 및
(f) 상기 석고 벽판을 건조하여 완성된 벽판 속의 응결 석고 코어를 제공하는 단계를 포함하고,
이 때 상기 호화 전분은 상기 치장 회반죽 중량 기준 약 0.5 중량% 내지 약 10 중량%로, 상기 나프탈렌술폰산 분산제는 상기 치장 회반죽 중량 기준 약 0.1 중량% 내지 약 3.0 중량%로 함유되는 고강도, 저분진 석고 벽판의 제조 방법. - 제32항에 있어서,
상기 (b) 단계는 상기 응결 석고 코어 속 총 틈새 부피가 약 80% 내지 약 92%가 되기에 충분한 양의 비누를 가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법. - 제32항에 있어서,
상기 총 틈새 부피 중 적어도 60%는 평균 지름이 약 100 ㎛ 미만인 공기 틈새로 이루어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법. - 제32항에 있어서,
