Claims (21)
- a. 알루미늄 외면(11) 및 내면(12)을 갖는 용기(10)를 제조하는 단계,
b. 용기(10)의 적어도 외면(11)의 경질 양극산화(hard anodization)를 수행하여 기공을 갖는 양극성 코팅을 수득하는 단계를 포함하되,
하나 이상의 착색 단계가 양극산화 후 그 양극산화된 외면 상에 수행되고, 착색 단계 또는 착색 단계들 중 하나 이상이, 전기화학적 수단에 의해 양극성 코팅의 기공의 하부에 침착된 하나 이상의 금속 염을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 조리 컨테이너(1)를 수득하기 위한 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 착색 단계 또는 착색 단계들 중 하나 이상이 양극성 코팅의 기공의 하부에 하나 이상의 금속 염을 침착하기 위해 교류를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 조리 컨테이너(1)를 수득하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 양극산화 후 예비적인 전기화학적 처리 단계가 그 양극산화된 외면 상에 수행되되, 상기 예비적인 전기화학적 처리 단계가 양극성 코팅의 기공의 형상을 변형시키기 위해 직류와 교류를 번갈아 사용하고, 상기 예비적인 전기화학적 처리 단계 후 착색 단계 또는 착색 단계들 중 하나 이상이 이어지고, 여기서 양극성 코팅의 기공의 하부에 하나 이상의 금속 염을 침착하기 위해 교류가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 조리 컨테이너(1)를 수득하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 금속 염 또는 금속 염들 중 하나 이상이 주석, 구리, 니켈, 코발트, 셀레늄, 망간, 아연, 은, 금, 크롬, 바륨 또는 몰리브덴의 염으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는, 조리 컨테이너(1)를 수득하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용기(10)의 내면(12) 상에 PTFE코팅을 제공하는 단계를 포함하고, 용기(10)의 외면(11)을 양극산화하는 단계가 용기(10)의 내면(12) 상에 PTFE 코팅을 제공하는 단계 후에 오는 것을 특징으로 하는, 조리 컨테이너(1)를 수득하기 위한 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 용기(10)의 내면(12) 상에 PTFE 코팅을 제공하는 단계 전에 용기(10)의 외면(11) 및 내면(12)의 예비적인 경질 양극산화의 단계를 포함하고, 용기(10)의 외면(11)을 양극산화하는 단계가 용기(10)의 내면(12) 상에 PTFE 코팅을 제공하는 단계에 연이은 용기(10)의 외면(11)을 스트립핑하는 단계 후에 오는 것을 특징으로 하는, 조리 컨테이너(1)를 수득하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 양극산화 단계 및 착색 단계가 용기(10)의 내면(12) 및 외면(11) 상에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 조리 컨테이너(1)를 수득하기 위한 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 착색 단계 후, 용기(10)의 내면(12) 상에 PTFE 코팅을 제공하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 조리 컨테이너(1)를 수득하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 양극산화가 0℃ 이상의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 조리 컨테이너(1)를 수득하기 위한 방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 양극산화가 17℃ 이하의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 조리 컨테이너(1)를 수득하기 위한 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 양극산화가 5℃ 내지 12℃의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 조리 컨테이너(1)를 수득하기 위한 방법.
- 양극산화되고 착색된 알루미늄 외면(11), 및 내면(12)을 갖는 용기(10)를 포함하되, 제1항 내지 제11항 중 어느 한 항에 부합하는 방법에 따라 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리 컨테이너(1).
- 제12항에 있어서, 용기(10)가 하나 이상의 알루미늄 면을 갖는 기재(13)를 스탬핑함으로써 수득되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리 컨테이너(1).
- 제13항에 있어서, 기재(13)가 2개의 알루미늄 면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리 컨테이너(1).
- 제13항 또는 제14항에 있어서, 기재(13)가 고체 알루미늄으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 조리 컨테이너(1).
- 제13항에 있어서, 기재(13)가 알루미늄 면 및 스테인레스 강 면을 갖는 공적층물에 의해 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 조리 컨테이너(1).
- 제12항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용기(10)가 다이-캐스트(die-cast) 알루미늄으로 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 조리 컨테이너(1).
- 제12항 내지 제17항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용기(10)의 외면(11)이 브러싱되거나(brushed) 마이크로-블라스팅된(micro-blasted) 표면을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리 컨테이너(1).
- 제12항 내지 제18항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 용기(10)가 강자성 재료로 제조된 하나 이상의 인서트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조리 컨테이너(1).
- 조리 컨테이너(1), 및 상기 조리 컨테이너(1)에 하나 이상의 리벳(3) 또는 용접에 의해 부착된 손잡이(2)를 포함하되, 상기 조리 컨테이너(1)가 제12항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 부합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 요리 용품(100).
- 가열 수단(250)과 연결된 조리 컨테이너(1)를 포함하되, 상기 조리 컨테이너(1)가 제12항 내지 제19항 중 어느 한 항에 부합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 조리 기구(200).
