Description
도 1은 본 발명에 따른 치형 벨트의 부분적인 사시도를 나타낸다.

Claims (18)
- 오일과 연속적으로 접촉하거나 오일 욕 중에 침치된 전동 벨트(1)의 용도로서, 상기 벨트는 제1 엘라스토머 물질로 이루어진 본체(2), 상기 벨트의 본체에 내장된 길이 방향으로 저항성이 있는 다수의 삽입물(3) 및 톱니(4), 및 배면(7)을 포함하고, 상기 벨트는 작용면을 가지며, 상기 작용면은 위사 및 경사를 포함하는 피복 직물(5)로 피복되고, 상기 위사 및 경사는 폴리아라미드를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동 벨트의 용도.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 위사가 탄성사에 의해, 또한 제1 실 및 제2 실에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트(1)의 용도. - 제2항에 있어서,
위사가 폴리 파라 아라미드에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트(1)의 용도. - 제3항에 있어서,
제1 폴리 파라 아라미드 섬유사가 상기 탄성사에 제1 방향으로 감기고, 제2 폴리 파라 아라미드 섬유사가 반대 방향으로 상기 제1 실에 감기는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트(1)의 용도. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 경사가 폴리 메타 아라미드에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트(1)의 용도. - 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 전동 벨트가 치형 벨트인 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트(1)의 용도. - 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 배면(7)이 상기 피복 직물로 피복되는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트(1)의 용도. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 제1 엘라스토머 물질이 디엔 단량체 및 니트릴기 함유 단량체로부터 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트(1)의 용도. - 제8항에 있어서,
상기 니트릴기가 33중량% 내지 51중량%의 범위에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트(1)의 용도. - 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서,
