도 1은 본 발명에 따르는 톱니형 벨트의 부분 사시도이다;
도 2는 본 발명에 따르는 제1의 톱니형 벨트를 사용하는 제1의 타이밍 제어 시스템의 도해이다;
도 3은 본 발명에 따르는 제2의 톱니형 벨트를 사용하는 제2의 타이밍 제어 시스템의 도해이다;
도 4는 본 발명에 따르는 제3의 톱니형 벨트를 사용하는 제3의 타이밍 제어 시스템의 도해이다;
도 5는 본 발명에 따르는 톱니형 벨트의 제조 방법의 공정 단계의 도식적 설명이다;
도 6은 공지의 벨트와 본 발명에 따르는 벨트의 폭의 변화를 나타내는 도해이다;

Claims (20)
- 제1 탄성중합체 소재로 만들어진 몸체(2), 직물(5)로 코팅되어 있는 톱니(4) 및 벨트의 몸체에 내장되어 있는 다수의 종방향 내성 인서트(3)를 포함하는 톱니형 벨트(1)에 있어서,
상기 제1 탄성중합체 소재는 상기 내성 인서트에 대해 실질적으로 수직이고 상기 내성 인서트의 축에 의해 구획된 표면에 대해 실질적으로 평행인 방향으로 연장되는 섬유(6)를 포함하고,
상기 섬유(6)의 길이 범위가 0.5 mm 내지 2 mm이며, 상기 섬유(6)의 평균 직경 범위는 1 ㎛ 내지 20 ㎛이고,
상기 톱니형 벨트는 연료가 30% 이상 혼합된 연료와 오일의 혼합물인 연료-혼합된 오일에 부분적으로 침지된 상태로 사용되며,
상기 섬유(6)는 상기 톱니형 벨트의 배면으로부터 톱니까지 상기 제1 탄성중합체 소재 전체에 걸쳐 분포되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 톱니형 벨트(1). - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유(6)가 상기 제1 탄성중합체 소재 중에 1 내지 40 phr 범위의 양으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 톱니형 벨트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 섬유(6)가 상기 제1 탄성중합체 소재 중에 10 내지 30 phr 범위의 양으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 톱니형 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유(6)가 유리 섬유, 탄소 섬유, 폴리아미드 섬유, 아라미드계 섬유, 폴리에스테르 섬유, 폴리비닐 아세테이트 섬유, PTFE, 폴리케톤, PBO, PEEK, PPS, 폴리이미드, 면 (cotton) 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 톱니형 벨트.

- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 니트릴 그룹이 49 내지 51 중량% 범위의 퍼센트로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 톱니형 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 탄성중합체 소재가 NBR, HNBR, XHNBR 또는 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것임을 특징으로 하는 톱니형 벨트.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 제1 탄성중합체 소재가 불포화 카복실산 및 불포화 카복실산의 염으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나가 첨가된 중합체를 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 톱니형 벨트.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 불포화 카복실산이 메타크릴산 또는 아크릴산이고 상기 염이 메타크릴산 또는 아크릴산의 아연염임을 특징으로 하는 톱니형 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 직물이 1차 처리 및 2차 처리한 것임을 특징으로 하는 톱니형 벨트.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 1차 및 2차 처리 중 적어도 하나가 불소화된 소성중합체 (plastomer)를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 톱니형 벨트.
- 제15항에 있어서, 상기 2차 처리가 제2 탄성중합체 소재를 포함하며, 상기 제2 탄성중합체 소재는 디엔 단량체 및 니트릴 그룹-함유 단량체로부터 수득되고 니트릴 그룹-함유 단량체가 전체 최종 공중합체에 대해 49 내지 53 중량% 범위의 퍼센트로 존재하는 것인 공중합체 1종 이상의 혼합물을 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 톱니형 벨트.
- 적어도 1개의 구동 풀리, 종동(從動) 풀리, 제1항 내지 제4항, 제7항 내지 제16항 중 어느 한 항에 따르는 톱니형 벨트(1), 및 상기 벨트를 오일과 연속하여 접촉하는 상태로 유지시키기 위해 채택된 수단을 포함하는 자동차용 타이밍 제어 시스템.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 톱니형 벨트가 엔진 블럭내에 배치되어 있음을 특징으로 하는, 엔진 블럭을 포함하는 자동차용 타이밍 제어 시스템.
