도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시형태에 따른 이붙이 벨트의 부분적으로 파단된 측면도이고;

Claims (18)
- 이붙이 동력 전달 벨트로서, 위사 연신율과 위사 방향에서의 패브릭 인장 인성의 곱의 절반이 60 또는 80 mJ/㎟보다 큰 직물을 포함하는 톱니 커버를 구비한 이붙이 동력 전달 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 위사 방향에서의 패브릭 인장 인성은, 위사가 0.03 내지 0.049 N/dtex의 파단 강도를 갖거나 또는 중간-강인성(medium-tenacity) 나일론 66인 경우, 60 mJ/㎟보다 크거나 같고; 또는 위사가 0.05 N/dtex 이상의 파단 강도를 갖거나 또는 고-강인성(high-tenacity) 나일론 66인 경우, 80 mJ/㎟보다 큰 것인 이붙이 동력 전달 벨트.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 톱니의 공칭 피치는 14 ㎜인 것인 이붙이 동력 전달 벨트.
- 제3항에 있어서, 주조 폴리우레탄을 포함하는 벨트 본체를 더 구비한 이붙이 동력 전달 벨트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 탄소 섬유의 인장 코드를 더 포함하는 이붙이 동력 전달 벨트.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 직물은 지그재그 능직을 갖는 것인 이붙이 동력 전달 벨트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 직물은 4×2 능직을 갖는 것인 이붙이 동력 전달 벨트.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 직물은 2층 제직(製織) 구조를 갖는 것인 이붙이 동력 전달 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주조 폴리우레탄 본체와, 이 본체에 매설된 탄소 섬유 인장 코드, 그리고 본원의 표 1에 나타내어진 예 2의 특성을 갖는 톱니 패브릭을 포함하는 이붙이 동력 전달 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주조 폴리우레탄 본체와, 이 본체에 매설된 탄소 섬유 인장 코드, 그리고 본원의 표 1에 나타내어진 예 3의 특성을 갖는 톱니 패브릭을 포함하는 이붙이 동력 전달 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주조 폴리우레탄 본체와, 이 본체에 매설된 탄소 섬유 인장 코드, 그리고 본원의 표 2에 나타내어진 예 5, 예 6 또는 예 7의 특성을 갖는 톱니 패브릭을 포함하는 이붙이 동력 전달 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄성중합체 본체와, 이 본체에 매설된 인장 코드, 그리고 본원의 표 1에 나타내어진 예 2 또는 예 3의 특성, 혹은 본원의 표 2에 나타내어진 예 5, 예 6 또는 예 7의 특성을 갖는 톱니 패브릭을 포함하는 이붙이 동력 전달 벨트.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 탄성중합체 본체는 가황 고무 또는 열가소성 엘라스토머 또는 주조 엘라스토머인 것인 이붙이 동력 전달 벨트.
- 제12항에 있어서, 이붙이 벨트, 평 벨트, 다중-V-리브드 벨트, 또는 V-벨트의 형태인 것인 이붙이 동력 전달 벨트.
- 제12항에 있어서, 패브릭의 위사 방향은 벨트의 길이방향으로 배치되는 것인 이붙이 동력 전달 벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 패브릭은 위사 중량 대 경사 중량의 비가 5.2보다 크고; 위사와, 상기 위사보다 약하게 텍스처링된 경사를 갖는 것인 이붙이 동력 전달 벨트.
- 톱니 커버 패브릭을 구비하는 이붙이 동력 전달 벨트를 개선하는 방법으로서:
상기 톱니 커버 패브릭보다 높은 패브릭 인장 인성을 갖는 다른 패브릭을 선택하는 단계; 및
최고의 패브릭 인장 인성의 방향이 벨트의 길이방향으로 배향되도록 상기 다른 패브릭을 배향하는 단계
를 포함하는 방법. - 제17항에 있어서, 상기 다른 패브릭의 패브릭 인장 인성은 60 mJ/㎟ 이상인 것인 방법.
