Claims (9)
- 화상 형성 장치에 이용되는 탄성 부재로서,
기재; 및
상기 기재 상에 제공되는 탄성층
을 포함하며,
상기 탄성층이, 테르펜에서 유래하는 구조 및 주쇄가 규소 원자를 함유하는 구조를 갖는 폴리머를 함유하는 것인 탄성 부재. - 제1항에 있어서, 폴리머는 주쇄가 규소 원자를 함유하는 구조를 갖는 폴리머와 테르펜을 혼합하여 얻어지는 것인 탄성 부재.
- 제2항에 있어서, 혼합을 위한 테르펜의 첨가량이, 주쇄가 규소 원자를 함유하는 구조를 갖는 폴리머 100 질량부에 대하여 0.1 질량부 ∼ 10 질량부인 탄성 부재.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 테르펜이 2 이상의 불포화 탄소 결합을 함유하는 것인 탄성 부재.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 테르펜이 리모넨인 탄성 부재.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 탄성 부재를 포함하는 정착 부재로서,
기록 매체 상에 토너상(toner image)을 정착시키도록 구성되는 것인 정착 부재. - 제6항에 있어서, 정착 롤러, 정착 벨트, 또는 정착 롤러와 정착 벨트의 조합인 정착 부재.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 따른 정착 부재를 포함하는 정착 장치.
- 화상 형성 장치로서,
감광체;
감광체를 대전시키도록 구성된 대전 수단;
대전된 감광체를 노광시켜 정전 잠상을 형성하도록 구성된 노광 수단;
감광체 상에 형성된 정전 잠상을 토너로 현상하여 토너상을 형성하도록 구성된 현상 수단;
감광체 상에 형성된 토너상을 기록 매체에 전사하도록 구성된 전사 수단; 및
기록 매체 상에 전사된 토너상을 정착시키도록 구성된 정착 수단
을 포함하며,
상기 정착 수단이 제8항에 따른 정착 장치인 화상 형성 장치.
