Abstract
Description
도 2는 본 발명의 유리 물품의 다른 일례를 도시하는 단면도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 유리 물품의 제조 방법의 일례를 도시하는 공정도이며, 도 3(a)은 코팅액을 도포한 상태를, 도 3(b)은 코팅액의 액체 성분이 휘발되어 가는 상태를, 도 3(c)은 액체 성분이 모두 휘발된 상태를 도시한다.
도 4는 종래의 유리 물품의 제조 방법의 일례를 도시하는 공정도이며, 도 4(a)는 코팅액을 도포한 상태를, 도 4(b)는 코팅액의 액체 성분이 휘발되어 가는 상태를, 도 4(c)는 액체 성분이 모두 휘발된 상태를 도시한다.
도 5는 실시예 1에 의해 얻은 광촉매막을 주사형 전자현미경(SEM)으로 관찰한 상태를 도시하는 도이다.

Claims (3)
- 유리판과 상기 유리판의 표면에 형성된 광촉매막을 구비한 유리 물품으로서,
상기 광촉매막이, 산화규소 입자, 산화티탄 입자, 및 산화규소를 주성분으로 하는 바인더 성분을 포함하고,
상기 산화규소 입자, 상기 산화티탄 입자, 및 상기 바인더 성분의 총량에 대해, 상기 산화규소 입자가 72~79질량%, 상기 산화티탄 입자가 13~18질량%, 상기 바인더 성분이 8~14질량%의 범위로 포함되어 있으며,
상기 산화규소 입자의 평균 입경이 30nm~200nm이고, 상기 산화티탄 입자의 평균 입경이 5nm~20nm이며, 상기 산화규소 입자의 평균 입경이 상기 산화티탄 입자의 평균 입경의 5배 이상이고,
상기 광촉매막의 막두께를 T로 했을 때에, 상기 유리판의 상기 표면과 상기 표면으로부터 상기 광촉매막의 막두께 방향을 따라 상기 광촉매막의 표면을 향해 0.6T만큼 진행한 위치의 사이에, 상기 산화티탄 입자의 80% 이상이 존재하고 있는, 유리 물품. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 산화규소 입자, 상기 산화티탄 입자, 및 상기 바인더 성분의 총량에 대해, 상기 산화규소 입자가 73~78질량%, 상기 산화티탄 입자가 14~18질량%, 상기 바인더 성분이 8~13질량%의 범위로 포함되어 있는, 유리 물품. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 광촉매막의 막두께 T가 70nm~280nm의 범위에 있는, 유리 물품.
