Abstract
구성: 수크로오스와 D-프시코스를 포함하고, 상기 수크로오스가, 그 결정에 상기 D-프시코스를 결정 또는 비결정 상태로 코팅한 것을 특징으로 하는 당 조성물. D-프시코스의 함유량이, 수크로오스와 D-프시코스의 합계 중량 100 중량부에 대하여 1 중량부 이상 50 중량부 이하이다.

Claims (8)
- 수크로오스와 D-프시코스를 포함하고, 상기 수크로오스의 결정에 상기 D-프시코스를 결정 상태 또는 비결정 상태로 코팅한, 당 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,
D-프시코스의 함유량이, 수크로오스와 D-프시코스의 합계 중량 100 중량부에 대하여 1 중량부 이상 50 중량부 이하인, 당 조성물. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
D-프시코스의 3 중량부 이상 함유에 의한 생리 활성 효과를 목적으로 하는 조성물인, 당 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
글루코오스 및 프룩토오스를 알칼리에 의해 이성화하는 알칼리 이성화법 또는 효소를 작용시켜 이성화하는 효소법으로 제조하거나, D-프시코스를 함유하는 식물로부터 추출한, D-프시코스를 사용하는, 당 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
음식물, 의약품 또는 의약부외품, 또는 화장품인, 당 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
감미도 및 감미질을 가지는 감미료인, 당 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
감미도 및 감미질을 가지는 감미료로 이루어지는 의약품 또는 의약부외품, 또는 화장품인, 당 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 당 조성물을 제조하는 방법으로서,
하기 (1) 또는 (2)로 이루어지는 방법:
(1) 수크로오스 결정에, 90∼50 ℃의 온도에서 미리 가온 상태로 해 둔 D-프시코스의 과포화 용액을 혼합하고, 서서히 온도를 내리면서 교반하고, D-프시코스의 결정화(結晶化)를 촉진시켜, 수크로오스 결정에 상기 D-프시코스를 결정 상태 또는 비결정 상태로 코팅함. 또는
(2) 수크로오스와 D-프시코스를 용해하고, 먼저 수크로오스의 결정화를 행한 후, 수크로오스 결정에 결정체 D-프시코스를 코팅함.
