Claims (8)
- 농도 12 g/㎗ 의 염화메틸렌 용액을 광로 길이 5 ㎝ 의 석영 유리 셀에 넣어 광선 투과율을 측정했을 때, 파장 380 ㎚ 에 있어서의 광선 투과율이 97.0 % 이상이고, 점도 평균 분자량 (Mv) 이 11,000 ∼ 22,000 의 범위인 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물 펠릿.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
펠릿을 제조할 때에 사용되는 혼련 기계의 수지 공급량 Q (㎏/h) 와 상기 혼련 기계의 스크루 회전수 Ns (rpm) 의 비 Q/Ns 를, 체류 시간과 수지에 가해지는 전단의 밸런스로부터 적절한 범위로 제어하여 제조된 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물 펠릿. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
수지 성분 100 질량부에 대하여, 하기 성분 (A) ∼ (F) 로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1 개의 성분을 함유하는 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물 펠릿.
(A) 페닐기, 알콕시기 및 비닐기 중 적어도 1 종의 관능기를 갖는 오르가노폴리실록산 화합물 0.01 ∼ 0.3 질량부
(B) 하기 일반식 (I-1) 로 나타내는 아인산에스테르에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 산화 방지제 0.01 ∼ 0.10 질량부

(C) 탄소수 16 ∼ 30 의 지방산 모노글리세라이드에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종의 이형제 0.01 ∼ 0.10 질량부
(D) 하기 일반식 (II) 로 나타내는 폴리옥시테트라메틸렌폴리옥시에틸렌글리콜 0.1 ∼ 5 질량부
HO(CH2CH2CH2CH2O)m(CH2CH2O)nH (II)
[식 중, m 및 n 은 각각 독립적으로 4 ∼ 60 의 정수를 나타내고, m + n 은 20 ∼ 90 의 정수이다]
(E) 지환식 에폭시 화합물 0.01 ∼ 0.03 질량부
(F) 분자량이 200 ∼ 10 만인 아크릴계 수지 0.01 ∼ 1 질량부 - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물의 수지 성분이 하기 일반식 (III) 및 (IV) 로 나타내는 반복 단위를 각각 갖고, 하기 일반식 (IV) 로 나타내는 반복 단위의 함유량이 1 ∼ 10 질량% 인 공중합체를 수지 성분 중 5 ∼ 70 질량% 함유하는 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물 펠릿.

[식 중, R21 및 R22 는 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1 ∼ 6 의 알킬기를 나타낸다. X 는 단결합, 탄소수 1 ∼ 8 의 알킬렌기, 탄소수 2 ∼ 8 의 알킬리덴기, 탄소수 5 ∼ 15 의 시클로알킬렌기, 탄소수 5 ∼ 15 의 시클로알킬리덴기, -S-, -SO-, -SO2-, -O-, -CO- 또는 하기 식 (V-1) 혹은 (V-2) 로 나타내는 결합을 나타낸다. R23 및 R24 는 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 1 ∼ 3 의 알킬기를 나타내고, Y 는 탄소수 2 ∼ 15 의 직사슬 또는 분기 사슬의 알킬렌기를 나타낸다. a ∼ d 는 각각 독립적으로 0 ∼ 4 의 정수이고, p 는 2 ∼ 200 의 정수이다.]

용융 혼련시의 열 이력에 의한 색조의 열화를 억제하는 범위로 혼련 기계의 수지 공급량 Q (㎏/h) 와 상기 혼련 기계의 스크루 회전수 Ns (rpm) 의 비 Q/Ns 를 제어하여 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물을 혼련 조립하는 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물 펠릿의 제조 방법. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
펠릿으로 조립하기 전의 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물의 파장 380 ㎚ 에 있어서의 용액 투과율이 98.0 % 이상이고, 혼련 조립 공정에 있어서의 투과율의 저하폭이 1.0 % 이하가 되는 조건에서 혼련하는 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물 펠릿의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 폴리카보네이트 수지 조성물 펠릿을 성형하여 이루어지는 도광 부재.
