- 아이스크림의 제조방법에 있어서,
아이스크림의 표면에 초콜릿으로 모양을 형성시키는 단계;
상기의 표면에 모양이 형성된 아이스크림을 급속 냉동시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초콜릿을 이용하여 표면에 모양이 형성된 아이스크림의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
모양은 그림, 숫자, 문자, 도형 중에서 선택된 어느 하나 이상으로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초콜릿을 이용하여 표면에 모양이 형성된 아이스크림의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
모양은 초콜릿을 아이스크림의 표면에 분사하여 모양의 두께가 0.1∼3mm가 되도록 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초콜릿을 이용하여 표면에 모양이 형성된 아이스크림의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
아이스크림은 아이스크림 전체 중량 대비 마름열매 추출물 0.1∼5중량% 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초콜릿을 이용하여 표면에 모양이 형성된 아이스크림의 제조방법. - 제1항에 있어서,
초콜릿은 초콜릿 전체 중량 대비 신이화 추출물 1∼5중량% 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 초콜릿을 이용하여 표면에 모양이 형성된 아이스크림의 제조방법. - 청구항 제1항 내지 제5항 중에서 선택된 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 제조한 초콜릿을 이용하여 표면에 모양이 형성된 아이스크림.
