- 아이스바의 제조에 있어서,아이스바에 과일시럽 전체 중량 대비 과일 25~35중량%, 칼슘 0.01~0.5중량%, 유화제 0.1~1중량%, 당류 10~20중량%, 안정제 0.1~5중량%, 향료 0.1~1중량%, 색소 0.1~1중량%, 기능성 성분 0.5~5중량% 및 잔부의 정제수를 포함하는 과일시럽을 코팅한 후 경화하는 1차 코팅단계;상기의 과일시럽이 1차 코팅된 아이스바에 상기 1차 코팅시 사용한 과일시럽을 재차 코팅한 후 경화하는 2차 코팅단계를 포함하되,상기 과일시럽에서 과일은 딸기, 살구, 자두, 복숭아, 감귤, 오렌지, 포도, 블루베리, 사과, 배, 매실, 바나나, 비파, 감, 수박, 참외, 망고, 파인애플, 키위, 레몬, 모과, 토마토, 석류, 멜론의 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상이고,유화제는 글리세린 지방산 에스테르, 폴리소르베이트, 자당지방산에스테르, 소비탄지방산에스테르, 프로필렌글리콜지방산에스테르, 스테아릴젖산칼슘, 레시틴, 난황, 우유단백질의 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상이고,안정제는 펙틴(pectin), 로커스트콩검(Locust Bean Gum), 전분(starch), 잔탄검(Xanthan Gum), 변성전분(Food Starch Modified)의 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상이고,당류는 설탕, 포도당, 과당, 엿류, 당시럽류, 덱스트린, 올리고당류, 꿀(honey), 프로폴리스(propolis), 솔비톨(sorbitol), 자일리톨(xylitol), 만니톨(mannitol), 만티톨(mantitol), 람니톨(rhamnitol), 이노시톨(Inositol), 에리스리톨(Erythritol), 파라티노스, 쿠에르시톨(quercitol)의 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상이고,기능성 성분은 알로에, 쑥, 클로렐라, 헛개나무열매, 스피루리나, 구기자, 마치현, 마가목, 오디, 울금, 녹차, 영지버섯, 흰목이버섯, 감마아미노부티르산(Gamma-aminobutyric acid, GABA), 감마오리자놀(Gamma-oryzanol), 인삼, 상황버섯, 차가버섯, 당귀, 복령, 천궁, 두충, 산약, 음양곽, 박하, 삼백초, 숙지황, 오미자, 오가파, 토사자, 하수오, 차전자, 상백피, 유근피의 군으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 과일시럽이 코팅된 아이스바의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 1차 코팅단계는 아이스바를 과일시럽에 1~2초 침지하여 코팅한 후 액화질소에 2~3초 침지하여 경화하고;2차 코팅단계는 상기 1차 코팅단계 후 과일시럽이 1차 코팅된 아이스바를 과일시럽에 재차 1~2초 침지하여 코팅한 후 액화질소에 2~3초 침지하여 경화하는 것을 특징으로 하는 과일시럽이 코팅된 아이스바의 제조방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 1차 코팅단계 및 2차 코팅단계에서의 과일시럽은 6~12℃의 온도를 유지하고 2000~3000CPS(centipoise)의 점도를 지닌 것 임을 특징으로 하는 과일시럽이 코팅된 아이스바의 제조방법.
