Claims (8)
- 압축기와, 상기 압축기와 병렬로 배치되며, 상기 압축기가 압축한 가스를 저류 가능한 축압기를 사용하여 탱크에 가스를 공급하는 가스 공급 방법이며,
상기 압축기로부터 상기 탱크에 가스를 공급하기 전에, 상기 탱크에 공급되는 가스의 압력인 충전 압력과 상기 탱크에 공급되는 가스의 유량 목표값인 목표 유량의 관계를 결정하는 유량 결정 공정과,
상기 충전 압력을 검출하여 상기 목표 유량을 결정하고, 당해 목표 유량에 따라 상기 탱크 내에 공급되는 가스의 유량을 제어하는 유량 제어 공정을 포함하고,
상기 유량 제어 공정에 있어서, 상기 목표 유량이 상기 압축기의 최대 토출량 이하인 경우에는, 상기 압축기로부터만 상기 탱크에 가스를 공급하고, 상기 목표 유량이 상기 최대 토출량보다도 많은 경우에는, 상기 압축기 및 상기 축압기로부터 상기 탱크에 가스를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스 공급 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 목표 유량이 상기 최대 토출량보다도 큰 경우에는, 상기 압축기로부터 상기 탱크에 공급하는 가스의 유량을 일정하게 하고, 상기 축압기로부터 상기 탱크에 공급하는 가스의 유량을 조정하여, 상기 탱크에 공급하는 가스의 총 유량을 상기 목표 유량에 일치시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스 공급 방법.
- 탱크에 가스를 공급하는 가스 공급 장치이며,
상기 탱크에 공급하는 가스를 압축하는 용량 제어 가능한 압축기와,
상기 압축기와 병렬로 배치되며, 상기 압축기가 압축한 가스를 저류 가능한 축압기와,
상기 축압기로부터 유출되는 가스의 유량을 조절하는 축압기 제어 밸브와,
상기 탱크에 공급되는 가스의 유량을 검출하는 유량계와,
상기 탱크에 공급되는 가스의 압력을 검출하는 충전 압력계와,
상기 압축기의 용량 및 상기 축압기 제어 밸브의 개방도를 제어하는 제어 장치를 갖고,
상기 제어 장치는, 상기 압축기로부터 상기 탱크에 가스를 공급하기 전에, 상기 탱크에 공급되는 가스의 압력인 충전 압력과 상기 탱크에 공급되는 가스의 유량의 목표값인 목표 유량의 관계를 결정하고, 상기 충전 압력계가 검출한 압력 에 기초하여 상기 목표 유량을 결정하고, 상기 목표 유량이 상기 압축기의 최대 토출량 이하인 경우에는, 상기 축압기 제어 밸브를 폐쇄하여 상기 압축기로부터만 상기 탱크에 가스를 공급시키고, 상기 목표 유량이 상기 최대 토출량보다도 많은 경우에는, 상기 축압기 제어 밸브를 개방하여, 상기 압축기 및 상기 축압기로부터 상기 탱크에 가스를 공급시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스 공급 장치. - 제3항에 있어서, 상기 압축기는, 그 토출측과 그 흡입측을 도통하는 복귀 라인을 갖고, 해당 복귀 라인에 개방도 조정 가능한 용량 조정 밸브가 설치되며,
상기 목표 유량이 상기 압축기의 최대 토출량에 도달한 것을 상기 용량 조정 밸브가 완전 폐쇄로 된 것에 의해 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스 공급 장치. - 제3항에 있어서, 상기 압축기는 그 회전수를 제어 가능한 것이며,
상기 목표 유량이 상기 압축기의 최대 토출량에 도달한 것을 상기 회전수가 최대 회전수로 된 것에 의해 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스 공급 장치. - 제3항에 있어서, 상기 축압기를 포함하는 복수의 축압기를 구비하고,
상기 복수의 축압기가 서로 병렬로 배열되며, 서로 상이한 압력의 가스를 저류하고,
상기 제어부는 상기 충전 압력계가 검출한 압력에 따라 상기 축압기 중 어느 1개로부터 상기 탱크에 가스를 공급시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스 공급 장치. - 제3항에 있어서, 상기 압축기는 왕복동 압축기인 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스 공급 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 연료 전지 자동차에 탑재된 차량 탑재 탱크에 적합한 노즐을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 가스 공급 장치.
