供給された水素を複数段に圧縮する複数の圧縮機と、自動車の水素ステーションへの接近または到着を検知するセンサが備えられる一方、
前記複数の圧縮機が中間流路で接続されてなり、
前記複数段の圧縮機のうち少なくとも最高圧段側圧縮機に接続された前記中間流路以降に備えられた機器を起動準備手段とすると共に、
前記センサからの信号によって当該起動準備手段を始動させる始動手段が備えられ、前記起動準備手段が、前記最高圧段側圧縮機の潤滑油を回収して循環冷却する潤滑油冷却ユニットを含み、更に、圧縮された水素を複数段に冷却する複数の水素冷却ユニットのうち、少なくとも自動車に水素充填する直前の水素冷却ユニットを含んだ構成であり、
低圧段側の圧縮機から供給された水素を一旦、貯留する複数の中間蓄圧器を有し、
前記中間流路が、前記複数の中間蓄圧器の水素が合流する合流点を有し、
前記起動準備手段が、前記合流点と前記最高圧段側圧縮機との間の前記中間流路の部分に介設された開閉弁を含み、
前記センサの信号がコントローラに送信された場合には、このコントローラは前記開閉弁を開弁することを特徴とするものである。
自動車に搭載される水素タンクに水素を直接充填するための水素ステーションにおいて、

前記センサからの信号によって当該起動準備手段を始動させる始動手段が備えられ、前記起動準備手段が、前記最高圧段側圧縮機の潤滑油を回収して循環冷却する潤滑油冷却ユニットを含み、更に、圧縮された水素を複数段に冷却する複数の水素冷却ユニットのうち、少なくとも自動車に水素充填する直前の水素冷却ユニットを含んだ構成であり、
低圧段側の圧縮機から供給された水素を一旦、貯留する複数の中間蓄圧器を有し、
前記中間流路が、前記複数の中間蓄圧器の水素が合流する合流点を有し、
前記起動準備手段が、前記合流点と前記最高圧段側圧縮機との間の前記中間流路の部分に介設された開閉弁を含み、
前記センサの信号がコントローラに送信された場合には、このコントローラは前記開閉弁を開弁するので、水素充填を開始する旨指示を受けてから水素充填を開始するまでの時間、ひいては充填終了するまでの時間が従来技術よりも短縮される。また、自動車への水素充填を開始する旨の指示を受けてから最高圧段側圧縮機の起動が即、水素充填を開始可能なため、最高圧段側圧縮機の起動による時間的ロスを最小化し得る。さらに、自動車への水素充填を開始する旨の指示を受けてから最高圧段側圧縮機によって圧縮される充填直前の高圧水素の冷却が即可能なため、前記水素冷却ユニットの起動による時間的ロスを最小化し得る。

Claims (2)
- 自動車に搭載される水素タンクに水素を直接充填するための水素ステーションにおいて、
供給された水素を複数段に圧縮する複数の圧縮機と、自動車の水素ステーションへの接近または到着を検知するセンサが備えられる一方、
前記複数の圧縮機が中間流路で接続されてなり、
前記複数段の圧縮機のうち少なくとも最高圧段側圧縮機に接続された前記中間流路以降に備えられた機器を起動準備手段とすると共に、
前記センサからの信号によって当該起動準備手段を始動させる始動手段が備えられ、前記起動準備手段が、前記最高圧段側圧縮機の潤滑油を回収して循環冷却する潤滑油冷却ユニットを含み、更に、圧縮された水素を複数段に冷却する複数の水素冷却ユニットのうち、少なくとも自動車に水素充填する直前の水素冷却ユニットを含んだ構成であり、
低圧段側の圧縮機から供給された水素を一旦、貯留する複数の中間蓄圧器を有し、
前記中間流路が、前記複数の中間蓄圧器の水素が合流する合流点を有し、
前記起動準備手段が、前記合流点と前記最高圧段側圧縮機との間の前記中間流路の部分に介設された開閉弁を含み、
前記センサの信号がコントローラに送信された場合には、このコントローラは前記開閉弁を開弁することを特徴とする水素ステーション。 - 前記センサが、光学センサ、重量センサ及び磁気センサのうちの何れか一つ以上から選択されてなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水素ステーション。
