Claims (15)
- (A) 고무변성 비닐계 공중합체; 및
(B) 시안화 비닐-방향족 비닐계 공중합체를 포함하며,
상기 고무변성 비닐계 공중합체(A)는 고무질 중합체의 평균입경이 500 내지 1,900Å이고,
상기 시안화 비닐-방향족 비닐계 공중합체(B)는 유리전이온도가 105℃ 이하이며,
상기 고무변성 비닐계 공중합체(A) 및 시안화 비닐-방향족 비닐계 공중합체(B)의 굴절률 차이는 0.01 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무변성 비닐계 공중합체(A) 및 상기 시안화 비닐-방향족 비닐계 공중합체(B)의 굴절률은 각각 독립적으로 1.51 내지 1.52인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무변성 비닐계 공중합체(A)의 함량은 4 내지 14 중량%이고, 상기 시안화 비닐-방향족 비닐계 공중합체(B)의 함량은 86 내지 96 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무변성 비닐계 공중합체(A)는 고무질 중합체에 방향족 비닐계 단량체 및 시안화 비닐계 단량체를 포함하는 단량체 혼합물이 그라프트 공중합된 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 단량체 혼합물은 알킬(메타)아크릴계 단량체를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시안화 비닐-방향족 비닐계 공중합체(B)는 방향족 비닐계 단량체 및 시안화 비닐계 단량체를 포함하는 단량체 혼합물의 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 단량체 혼합물은 알킬(메타)아크릴계 단량체를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시안화 비닐-방향족 비닐계 공중합체(B)의 중량평균분자량은 80,000 내지 150,000 g/mol인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명 열가소성 수지 조성물은 난연제, 계면활성제, 핵제, 커플링제, 충전제, 가소제, 충격보강제, 활제, 항균제, 이형제, 열안정제, 산화방지제, 광안정제, 상용화제, 무기물 첨가제, 정전기방지제, 염료 및 안료 중 1종 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명 열가소성 수지 조성물은 유리전이온도가 90 내지 100℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명 열가소성 수지 조성물은 2.5mm 두께 시편의 헤이즈(haze)가 1.0% 이하이고, 광 투과율이 88% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명 열가소성 수지 조성물은 볼타입 스크래치 프로파일 테스트(Ball type Scratch Profile Test)에 의한 스크래치 너비(width)가 220 내지 263㎛이고, 연필 경도가 H 내지 2H인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 투명 열가소성 수지 조성물은 1/8" 두께 시편의 아이조드(Izod) 충격강도가 20 내지 35 kgf·cm/cm인 것을 특징으로 하는 투명 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제13항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 투명 열가소성 수지 조성물로부터 형성된 성형품.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 성형품은 투명측 및 컬러측을 포함하며, 상기 투명측이 상기 투명 열가소성 수지 조성물로부터 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
