Claims (18)
- (A) 아크릴계 고무질 중합체를 포함하는 코어, 및 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트, 방향족 비닐 화합물, 시안화 비닐 화합물, 또는 이들의 조합을 포함하는 단량체가 상기 코어에 그라프트 중합되어 형성된 쉘을 포함하는 아크릴계 그라프트 공중합체 10 내지 40 중량%;
(B) 폴리알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 수지 10 내지 40 중량%; 및
(C) N-사이클로헥실말레이미드-알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체 30 내지 70 중량%
를 포함하고,
상기 코어는 알킬 아크릴레이트-방향족 비닐 화합물의 가교 공중합체를 포함하고,
상기 쉘은 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트를 포함하는 단량체 혼합물이 상기 코어에 그라프트 중합되어 형성된 것인, 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에서,
상기 아크릴계 고무질 중합체는 평균입경이 100 내지 400 nm인 열가소성 수지 조성물.

- 제1항에서,
상기 (C) N-사이클로헥실말레이미드-알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체는 유리전이온도가 120 내지 140℃인 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에서,
상기 (C) N-사이클로헥실말레이미드-알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체는 굴절률(Refractive Index)이 1.480 내지 1.500인 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에서,
상기 (C) N-사이클로헥실말레이미드-알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트 공중합체는 중량평균분자량이 50,000 내지 300,000 g/mol인 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에서,
(D) 알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트-방향족 비닐 화합물-시안화 비닐 화합물 공중합체를 0 초과 10 중량% 이하로 더 포함하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에서,
난연제, 핵제, 커플링제, 충전제, 가소제, 활제, 항균제, 이형제, 열 안정제, 산화 방지제, 무기물 첨가제, 자외선 안정제, 정전기 방지제, 안료, 염료 중에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 첨가제를 더 포함하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항, 및 제6항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항의 열가소성 수지 조성물로부터 제조된 성형품.
- 제15항에서,
ASTM D256에 따라 측정되는 1/4 인치 두께 시편의 노치 아이조드 충격 강도가 3 kgf·cm/cm 이상인 성형품.
- 제15항에서,
ASTM D1525에 따라 측정되는 비카트 연화온도(Vicat Softening temperature)가 102℃ 이상인 성형품.
- 제15항에서,
흑색(black color) 성형품에 대하여 정반사광 제거(SCE: specular component excluded) 방식으로 ASTM E308에 따라 측정한 명도값(L*)이 1 이하인 성형품.
