Claims (12)
- 내부에 순환공간(140)이 형성되며 일단부 상측과 타단부 하측에 출입구(120,140)가 형성된 발열팩(100);
내부에 순환공간(240)이 형성되며 일단부 하측과 타단부 상측에 출입구(220,240)가 형성되고, 상기 발열팩(100)과 포개어진 흡열팩(200); 및
상기 발열팩(100)과 흡열팩(200)의 사이에 개재되며 발열면(520)이 발열팩(100)에 접촉되고 흡열면(540)이 흡열팩(200)에 접촉된 열전소자(500);를 포함하는 열전소자가 구비된 열교환기. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 발열팩(100)과 흡열팩(200)은 판상의 상면(110,210)과 하면(130,230)이 상호 테두리가 접해지며 결합되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열전소자가 구비된 열교환기. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 발열팩(100)과 흡열팩(200)은 포개어진 상태에서 일단부와 타단부의 출입구(120,220/140,240)가 상호 겹쳐지지 않도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 열전소자가 구비된 열교환기. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 발열팩(100)과 흡열팩(200)은 서로 번갈아가며 교대로 다수개 포개어지고, 각각의 팩 사이마다 열전소자(500)가 개재된 것을 특징으로 하는 열전소자가 구비된 열교환기. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 다수의 발열팩(100)은 흡열팩(200)과 포개어진 상태에서, 발열팩(100)의 일단부 출입구(120)끼리 연결되고 타단부 출입구(140)끼리 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 열전소자가 구비된 열교환기. - 청구항 5에 있어서,
상기 발열팩(100)의 출입구(120,140)에는 돌출관(122,142)이 전후로 형성되고, 발열팩(100)의 일단부 출입구(120)의 돌출관(122)끼리 연결되고 타단부 출입구(140)의 돌출관(142)끼리 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 열전소자가 구비된 열교환기. - 청구항 6에 있어서,
상기 마주보는 돌출관(122,142)끼리 연결된 지점의 두께는 열전소자(500)의 두께와 동일하도록 형성됨으로써 열전소자(500)가 발열팩(100) 및 흡열팩(200)의 사이에 밀착된 것을 특징으로 하는 열전소자가 구비된 열교환기. - 청구항 4에 있어서,
상기 다수의 흡열팩(200)은 발열팩(100)과 포개어진 상태에서, 흡열팩(200)의 일단부 출입구(220)끼리 연결되고 타단부 출입구(240)끼리 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 열전소자가 구비된 열교환기. - 청구항 8에 있어서,
상기 흡열팩(200)의 출입구(220,240)에는 돌출관(222,242)이 전후로 형성되고, 흡열팩(200)의 일단부 출입구(220)의 돌출관(222)끼리 연결되고 타단부 출입구(240)의 돌출관(242)끼리 연결된 것을 특징으로 하는 열전소자가 구비된 열교환기. - 청구항 9에 있어서,
상기 마주보는 돌출관(222,242)끼리 연결된 지점의 두께는 열전소자(500)의 두께와 동일하도록 형성됨으로써 열전소자(500)가 발열팩(100) 및 흡열팩(200)의 사이에 밀착된 것을 특징으로 하는 열전소자가 구비된 열교환기. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 발열팩(100) 또는 흡열팩(200)의 내부 순환공간(140,240)에는 일단부에서 타단부로 연장된 열전도핀(300)이 내장된 것을 특징으로 하는 열전소자가 구비된 열교환기. - 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 열전도핀(300)은 발열팩(100) 또는 흡열팩(200)의 내측면에 양 단부가 밀착된 것을 특징으로 하는 열전소자가 구비된 열교환기.
