Claims (13)
- 응집된 폴리염화비닐(PVC) 입자를 포함하는 건조 혼합물 및 0.67 g/cc 초과의 벌크 밀도를 형성하기 위한 유효 시간 동안 25 ℃ 내지 70 ℃의 온도에서 PVC, 무프탈레이트 바이오-기반 가소제, 및 충전제를 혼합하는 것을 포함하는 PVC 건조 블렌드 조성물의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 바이오-기반 가소제는 에폭시화 지방산 에스테르 및 에폭시화 지방산 C1-C14 에스테르의 블렌드를 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 바이오-기반 가소제는 에폭시화 대두유(ESO) 및 대두유의 에폭시화 메틸 에스테르(soy-eFAME)의 블렌드를 포함하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 바이오-기반 가소제는 ESO 및 soy-eFAME의 75:25 내지 25:75 (w/w) 블렌드를 포함하는 방법.

C. 5 내지 40 중량% 충전제
를 포함하는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, PVC 건조 블렌드 조성물이 분당 75 회전 스크류 속도에서, 25:1 L:D 일반적 용도의 폴리에틸렌 스크류가 있는 0.75 인치(19 mm) 배럴 직경의 일축 압출기에 대해 65 gm/분 초과의 압출 속도를 가지는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 응집된 PVC 입자가 0.1 내지 10 mm의 평균 입자 크기를 가지는 방법.
