도 2는 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 차량의 전조등 제어 시스템의 구성도이다.
도 3은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 차량의 전조등 제어 시스템의 제어기의 상세 블록 구성도이다.
도 4 내지 도 7은 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 차량의 전조등 제어 시스템의 작용을 설명하기 위한 도면들이다.

Claims (10)
- 차량의 전조등(headlamp)를 제어하기 위한 제어 시스템에 있어서,
상기 전조등에 설치되어 상기 전조등을 상하좌우로 구동시키는 액추에이터;
상기 차량의 적어도 2곳 이상에 설치되어 무선신호를 수신하는 복수개의 무선신호 수신기;
휴대가능하며, 상기 무선신호 수신기에 수신되는 무선신호를 송신하는 무선신호 송신기;
상기 무선신호 수신기에 의해 수신된 무선신호를 토대로 상기 무선신호 송신기의 위치를 판단하여 상기 무선신호 송신기의 위치로 상기 전조등의 광이 조사되도록 상기 전조등 및 액추에이터를 제어하는 제어기;
를 포함하는 차량의 전조등 제어 시스템.
- 제1항에서,
상기 제어기는,
주변 조도를 검출하는 조도 검출기를 포함하여, 상기 조도 검출기에 의해 검출된 주변 조도가 일정 조도 이상이면 상기 무선신호 수신기의 신호를 처리하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 전조등 제어 시스템.
- 제2항에서,
상기 복수개의 무선신호 수신기는 각각,
상기 무선신호 송신기와의 거리가 상이할 때, 수신 신호의 세기가 설정된 크기 이상으로 상이하도록 일정 거리 이격되어 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 전조등 제어 시스템.
- 제3항에서,
상기 복수개의 무선신호 수신기는,
차량의 좌우측에 각각 설치되는 좌측 무선신호 수신기와, 우측 무선신호 수신기, 그리고 상기 좌측 및 우측 무선신호 수신기와 이등변 삼각형 구조를 이루도록 차량의 중간 위치에 설치되는 중간 무선신호 수신기로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 전조등 제어 시스템.
- 제4항에서,
상기 중간 무선신호 수신기는,
상기 좌우측 무선신호 수신기 보다 차량의 후방에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 전조등 제어 시스템.
- 제1항에서,
상기 무선신호 송신기는,
스마트키로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 전조등 제어 시스템.
- 제1항에서,
상기 제어기는,
상기 무선신호 수신기의 신호를 입력받아 상기 제어기의 전체적인 동작을 제어하는 마이크로프로세서;
상기 마이크로프로세서의 제어에 따라 상기 전조등에 차량의 배터리 전원을 인가하는 릴레이 구동기 및 릴레이;
상기 마이크로프로세서의 제어에 따라 상기 액추에이터를 구동 제어하는 액추에이터 구동기;
를 포함하는 차량의 전조등 제어 시스템.
- 제7항에서,
상기 제어기는,
무선통신으로 운전자 인증 및 무선 시동을 포함한 무선통신으로 차량을 제어를 수행하는 차량 스마트키 시스템의 제어모듈에 통합된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 전조등 제어 시스템.
- 제7항에서,
상기 제어기는,
차량의 표시등 제어를 포함한 바디(body) 전장품의 제어를 수행하는 BCM(body control module)에 통합된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 전조등 제어 시스템.
- 제7항에서,
상기 제어기는,
상기 복수개의 무선신호 수신기에 수신된 무선신호 세기의 합이 점진적으로 작아지면, 상기 무선신호 송신기가 차량으로부터 멀어지는 것으로 판단하고,
상기 복수개의 무선신호 수신기에 수신된 무선신호 세기의 합이 점진적으로 커지면, 상기 무선신호 송신기가 차량에 가까워지는 판단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량의 전조등 제어 시스템.
