- 원수를 여과하는 여과막을 구비한 1개 또는 2개 이상의 전처리막 모듈과, 그 전처리막 모듈에 의해 얻어지는 전처리수를 여과하는 역침투막을 구비한 1개 또는 2개 이상의 역침투막 모듈로 이루어지고, 상기 원수가 상기 전처리막 모듈에 공급되고, 상기 원수가 상기 여과막에 의해 전처리수와 농축수로 분리되고, 얻어진 상기 전처리수가 상기 역침투막 모듈에 공급되고, 상기 전처리수가 상기 역침투막에 의해 투과수와 농축수로 분리되는 물 처리 시스템에 있어서의 막 여과 방법에 있어서,
(a) 상기 전처리막 모듈에 있어서의 상기 전처리수의 도출구와 상기 역침투막 모듈에 있어서의 상기 전처리수의 도입구를 직접 결합하는 연통관로가 설치됨과 아울러, 그 연통관로를 흐르는 상기 전처리수의 일부를 그 연통관로로부터 도출하는 분기관로가 설치되고, 또한,
(b1) 그 분기관로의 하류단이 그 분기관로의 도중에 설치된 상기 전처리수를 저류하는 전처리수 저류조를 경유하여 상기 전처리막 모듈에 접속되고, 상기 전처리수 저류조로부터 도출되어 상기 분기관로를 흐르는 상기 전처리수에 의해, 또는,
(b2) 상기 분기관로의 하류단이 직접 상기 전처리막 모듈에 접속되어 상기 분기관로를 흐르는 상기 전처리수에 의해,
상기 여과막의 역세정을 필요로 하는 상기 전처리막 모듈의 상기 여과막의 역세정이 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 막 여과 방법. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 전처리수 저류조에 저류되는 상기 전처리수의 일부가 상기 원수의 일부로서 사용되도록 상기 원수에 환류되는 것을 특징으로 하는 막 여과 방법. - 원수 저류조와, 그 원수 저류조로부터 공급되는 원수를 여과하는 여과막을 구비한 1개 또는 2개 이상의 전처리막 모듈과, 그 전처리막 모듈에 의해 얻어지는 전처리수를 여과하는 역침투막을 구비한 1개 또는 2개 이상의 역침투막 모듈로 이루어지고, 상기 원수가 상기 전처리막 모듈에 공급되고, 상기 원수가 상기 여과막에 의해 전처리수와 농축수로 분리되고, 얻어진 상기 전처리수가 상기 역침투막 모듈에 공급되고, 상기 전처리수가 상기 역침투막에 의해 투과수와 농축수로 분리되는 물 처리 시스템에 있어서의 막 여과 장치에 있어서,
(a) 상기 전처리막 모듈에 있어서의 상기 전처리수의 도출구와 상기 역침투막 모듈에 있어서의 상기 전처리수의 도입구를 직접 결합하는 연통관로가 설치됨과 아울러, 그 연통관로를 흐르는 상기 전처리수의 일부를 그 연통관로로부터 도출하는 분기관로가 설치되고, 또한,
(b1) 그 분기관로의 하류단이 그 분기관로의 도중에 설치된 상기 전처리수를 저류하는 전처리수 저류조를 경유하여 상기 전처리막 모듈의 상기 전처리수의 도출구에 결합되어 있는 상기 연통관로에 접속되고, 상기 전처리수 저류조로부터 도출되어 상기 분기관로를 흐르는 상기 전처리수에 의해, 또는,
(b2) 상기 분기관로의 하류단이 직접 상기 전처리막 모듈의 상기 전처리수의 도출구에 결합되어 있는 상기 연통관로에 접속되어 상기 분기관로를 흐르는 상기 전처리수에 의해,
상기 여과막의 역세정을 필요로 하는 상기 전처리막 모듈의 상기 여과막의 역세정이 행하여지는 것을 특징으로 하는 막 여과 장치. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 전처리수 저류조에 저류되는 상기 전처리수의 일부가 상기 원수 저류조로 환류되는 것을 특징으로 하는 막 여과 장치.
