Claims (12)
- 메틸하이드로젠 변성 폴리실록산, 비반응성 폴리실록산, 실란 유도체, 폴리에틸렌 왁스, 유기 용매 및 실리카를 포함하는 고무 코팅용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 메틸하이드로젠 변성 폴리실록산을 1 wt% 내지 5 wt%, 상기 비반응성 폴리실록산을 1 wt% 내지 5 wt%, 상기 실란 유도체를 1 wt% 내지 3 wt%, 상기 폴리에틸렌 왁스를 1 wt% 내지 5 wt%, 상기 유기 용매를 80 wt% 내지 95.5 wt% 및 상기 실리카를 0.5 wt% 내지 2 wt%를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고무 코팅용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 메틸하이드로젠 변성 폴리실록산이, 2.3 mmol/g 내지 16 mmol/g의 하이드로젠기를 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 고무 코팅용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비반응성 폴리실록산의 점도가 50,000 cP 내지 500,000 cP인 것임을 특징으로 하는 고무 코팅용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실란 유도체는 아미노기 및 하나 이상의 알콕시기를 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 고무 코팅용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에틸렌 왁스의 녹는점이 60℃ 내지 150℃인 것임을 특징으로 하는 고무 코팅용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 용매의 끓는점이 80℃ 내지 160℃인 것임을 특징으로 하는 고무 코팅용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 용매가, 톨루엔 또는 자일렌인 것임을 특징으로 하는 고무 코팅용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 실리카는 오가닉 처리된 것임을 특징으로 하는 고무 코팅용 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 경화제 및 촉매를 추가로 포함하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 고무 코팅용 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 경화제는 5 wt% 내지 15 wt%의 글리시도프로필트리메톡시실란과 85 wt% 내지 95 wt%의 이소프로필알콜의 혼합물인 것임을 특징으로 하는 고무 코팅용 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 1 wt% 내지 5 wt%의 주석을 함유한 다이부틸틴다이아세테이트와 톨루엔의 혼합물인 것임을 특징으로 하는 고무 코팅용 조성물.
