Claims (21)
- 제 1 탄성계수(elastic modulus)를 갖는 제 1 하드코팅 층; 및
상기 제 1 하드코팅 층과 직접 접촉하고, 제 2 탄성계수를 갖는 제 2 하드코팅 층을 포함하고, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 탄성계수의 차이가 500 MPa 이상인 하드코팅 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 탄성계수의 차이가 500 내지 3000 MPa인 하드코팅 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 탄성계수는 1500 MPa이하이고, 상기 제 2 탄성계수는 2000 MPa 이상인 하드코팅 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 하드코팅 층은 제 1 광경화성 탄성 중합체 및 1 내지 6 관능성 아크릴레이트계 단량체와의 가교 공중합체인 제 1 광경화성 가교 공중합체를 포함하고, 상기 제 2 하드코팅 층은 제 2 광경화성 탄성 중합체 및 3 내지 6 관능성 아크릴레이트계 단량체와의 가교 공중합체인 제 2 광경화성 가교 공중합체 및 상기 제 2 광경화성 가교 공중합체에 분산된 무기 미립자를 포함하는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 광경화성 탄성 중합체는 각각 독립적으로 동일하거나 상이하며, ASTM D638에 의해 측정한 신율(elongation)이 15 내지 200%인 하드코팅 필름.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 광경화성 탄성 중합체는 각각 독립적으로 동일하거나 상이하며, 폴리카프로락톤, 우레탄 아크릴레이트계 폴리머, 및 폴리로타세인으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 폴리로타세인은 말단에 (메타)아크릴레이트계 화합물이 도입된 락톤계 화합물이 결합된 고리형 화합물; 상기 고리형 화합물을 관통하는 선형 분자; 및 상기 선형 분자의 양 말단에 배치되어 상기 고리형 화합물의 이탈을 방지하는 봉쇄기를 포함하는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 하드코팅 층은 상기 제 1 광경화성 가교 공중합체의 총 중량을 100 중량부로 할 때, 상기 제 1 광경화성 탄성 중합체의 20 내지 80 중량부와, 상기 1 내지 6 관능성 아크릴레이트계 단량체의 80 내지 20 중량부가 공중합되어 있는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 하드코팅 층은 상기 제 2 광경화성 가교 공중합체의 총 중량을 100 중량부로 할 때, 상기 제 2 광 경화성 탄성 중합체의 5 내지 20 중량부와, 상기 3 내지 6 관능성 아크릴레이트계 단량체의 80 내지 95 중량부가 공중합되어 있는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 하드코팅 층의 총 중량을 100 중량부로 할 때, 상기 제 2 광경화성 가교 공중합체를 40 내지 90 중량부, 상기 무기 미립자를 10 내지 60 중량부로 포함하는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 1 내지 6 관능성 아크릴레이트계 단량체는 하이드록시에틸아크릴레이트(HEA), 하이드록시에틸메타크릴레이트(HEMA), 헥산디올디아크릴레이트(HDDA), 트리프로필렌글리콜 디아크릴레이트(TPGDA), 에틸렌글리콜 디아크릴레이트(EGDA), 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트(TMPTA), 트리메틸올프로판에톡시 트리아크릴레이트(TMPEOTA), 글리세린 프로폭실화 트리아크릴레이트(GPTA), 펜타에리트리톨 테트라아크릴레이트(PETA), 및 디펜타에리트리톨 헥사아크릴레이트(DPHA)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 3 내지 6 관능성 아크릴레이트계 단량체는 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트(TMPTA), 트리메틸올프로판에톡시 트리아크릴레이트(TMPEOTA), 글리세린 프로폭실화 트리아크릴레이트(GPTA), 펜타에리트리톨 테트라아크릴레이트(PETA), 및 디펜타에리트리톨 헥사아크릴레이트(DPHA)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 하드코팅 층 또는 제 2 하드코팅 층 상에 플라스틱 수지 필름, 점착 필름, 이형 필름, 코팅층, 경화수지층, 도전성 필름, 도전층, 비도전성 필름, 금속 메쉬층 및 패턴화된 금속층으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1개 이상의 층을 더 포함하는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 수지 필름은 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(polyethyleneterephtalate, PET), 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트(ethylene vinyl acetate, EVA), 사이클릭 올레핀 중합체(cyclic olefin polymer, COP), 사이클릭 올레핀 공중합체(cyclic olefin copolymer, COC), 폴리아크릴레이트(polyacrylate, PAC), 폴리카보네이트(polycarbonate, PC), 폴리에틸렌(polyethylene, PE), 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트(polymethylmethacrylate, PMMA), 폴리에테르에테르케톤(polyetheretherketon, PEEK), 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트(polyethylenenaphthalate, PEN), 폴리에테르이미드(polyetherimide, PEI), 폴리이미드(polyimide, PI), 트리아세틸셀룰로오스(triacetylcellulose, TAC), MMA(methyl methacrylate) 및 불소계 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 22g의 쇠구슬을 50cm의 높이에서 10회 반복하여 자유 낙하시켰을 때 균열이 생기지 않는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1kg의 하중에서 7H 이상의 연필 경도를 나타내는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 500g의 하중에서 스틸울 #0000로 400회 왕복하여 표면을 문질렀을 때, 2 개 이하의 스크래치가 발생하는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 91% 이상의 광투과율, 0.4 이하의 헤이즈 및 1.0 이하의 b*값을 나타내는 하드코팅 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, UV B 파장의 빛에 72 시간 동안 노출시켰을 때, 하드코팅 필름의 b*값의 변화가 0.5 이하인 하드코팅 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 및 제 2 하드코팅 층의 두께는 각각 독립적으로 동일하거나 상이하며, 50 내지 500㎛인 하드코팅 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 50℃ 이상의 온도 및 80 % 이상의 습도에서 70 시간 이상 노출시킨 후 필름을 평면에 위치시켰을 때, 필름의 각 모서리 또는 일 변이 평면에서 이격되는 거리의 최대값이 1.0 mm 이하인 하드코팅 필름.
