Claims (24)
- 지지 기재;
상기 지지 기재의 일면에 형성되고 1500 MPa 이하의 탄성계수(elastic modulus)를 갖는 제 1 코팅층;
상기 지지 기재의 다른 일면에 형성되고 2000 MPa 이상의 탄성계수를 갖는 제 2 코팅층; 및
상기 지지 기재와 제 1 코팅층 사이에 위치하는 제 3 코팅층, 및 상기 지지 기재와 제 2 코팅층 사이에 위치하는 제 4 코팅층 중 적어도 하나를 포함하고,
상기 제 3 코팅층의 탄성계수는 상기 제 1 코팅층의 탄성계수 이상이고, 상기 제 4 코팅층의 탄성계수는 상기 제 2 코팅층의 탄성계수 이하인, 플라스틱 필름.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제 3 코팅층은 2000 MPa 이하의 탄성계수를 갖는 플라스틱 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제 4 코팅층은 1500 MPa 이상의 탄성계수를 갖는 플라스틱 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 내지 제 4 코팅층은 각각 독립적으로 동일하거나 상이하게, 광경화성 탄성 중합체 및 3 내지 6 관능성 아크릴레이트계 단량체와의 가교 공중합체인 광경화성 가교 공중합체를 포함하는 플라스틱 필름.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 광경화성 가교 공중합체는 상기 광경화성 탄성 중합체 및 3 내지 6 관능성 아크릴레이트계 단량체에 더하여, 1 내지 2 관능성 아크릴레이트계 단량체가 더 가교 공중합되어 있는 플라스틱 필름.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 광경화성 탄성 중합체는 ASTM D638에 의해 측정한 신율(elongation)이 15 내지 200%인 플라스틱 필름.
- 제7항에 있어서,
상기 광경화성 탄성 중합체는 각각 독립적으로 동일하거나 상이하며, 폴리카프로락톤, 우레탄 아크릴레이트계 폴리머, 및 폴리로타세인으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 플라스틱 필름.
- 제8항에 있어서,
상기 폴리로타세인은 말단에 (메타)아크릴레이트계 화합물이 도입된 락톤계 화합물이 결합된 고리형 화합물; 상기 고리형 화합물을 관통하는 선형 분자; 및 상기 선형 분자의 양 말단에 배치되어 상기 고리형 화합물의 이탈을 방지하는 봉쇄기를 포함하는 플라스틱 필름.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 내지 제 4 코팅층은 각각 독립적으로 동일하거나 상이하게, 상기 광경화성 가교 공중합체 내에 분산되어 있는 무기 미립자를 더 포함하는 플라스틱 필름.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 내지 제 4 코팅층의 중량을 각각 100 중량부로 할 때, 상기 광경화성 가교 공중합체를 40 내지 90 중량부로, 상기 무기 미립자를 10 내지 60 중량부로 포함하는 플라스틱 필름.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 3 내지 6 관능성 아크릴레이트계 단량체는 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트(TMPTA), 트리메틸올프로판에톡시 트리아크릴레이트(TMPEOTA), 글리세린 프로폭실화 트리아크릴레이트(GPTA), 펜타에리트리톨 테트라아크릴레이트(PETA), 및 디펜타에리트리톨 헥사아크릴레이트(DPHA)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 플라스틱 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 지지 기재는 폴리에틸렌테레프탈레이트(polyethyleneterephtalate, PET), 에틸렌 비닐 아세테이트(ethylene vinyl acetate, EVA), 사이클릭 올레핀 중합체(cyclic olefin polymer, COP), 사이클릭 올레핀 공중합체(cyclic olefin copolymer, COC), 폴리아크릴레이트(polyacrylate, PAC), 폴리카보네이트(polycarbonate, PC), 폴리에틸렌(polyethylene, PE), 폴리메틸메타크릴레이트(polymethylmethacrylate, PMMA), 폴리에테르에테르케톤(polyetheretherketon, PEEK), 폴리에틸렌나프탈레이트(polyethylenenaphthalate, PEN), 폴리에테르이미드(polyetherimide, PEI), 폴리이미드(polyimide, PI), 트리아세틸셀룰로오스(triacetylcellulose, TAC), MMA(methyl methacrylate) 및 불소계 수지로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상을 포함하는 플라스틱 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 지지 기재의 일면에 제 1 및 제 3 코팅층을 포함하고, 다른 일면에 제 2 코팅층을 포함하며, 상기 제 1 및 제 3 코팅층의 두께의 합이 50 내지 300 ㎛이고, 상기 제 2 코팅층의 두께가 50 내지 300 ㎛인 플라스틱 필름.
- 제14항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 코팅층 및 제 3 코팅층의 두께의 비율은 99:1 내지 5:5인 플라스틱 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 지지 기재의 일면에 제 1 코팅층을 포함하고, 다른 일면에 제 2 및 제 4 코팅층을 포함하며, 상기 제 2 및 제 4 코팅층의 두께의 합이 50 내지 300 ㎛이고, 상기 제 1 코팅층의 두께가 50 내지 300 ㎛인 플라스틱 필름.
- 제16항에 있어서,
상기 제 2 코팅층 및 제 4 코팅층의 두께의 비율은 99:1 내지 5:5인 플라스틱 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
22 g의 쇠구슬을 60 cm의 높이에서 10회 반복하여 자유 낙하시켰을 때 균열이 생기지 않는 플라스틱 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
1kg의 하중에서 7H 이상의 연필 경도를 나타내는 플라스틱 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
500g의 하중에서 스틸울 #0000로 400회 왕복하여 표면을 문질렀을 때 2 개 이하의 스크래치가 발생하는 플라스틱 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
91.0 % 이상의 광투과율, 0.4 % 이하의 헤이즈 및 1.0 이하의 b*값을 나타내는 플라스틱 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
UV B 파장의 빛에 72 시간 동안 노출시켰을 때, 플라스틱 필름의 b*값의 변화가 0.5 이하인 플라스틱 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
50℃ 이상의 온도 및 80% 이상의 습도에서 70 시간 이상 노출시킨 후 상기 플라스틱 필름을 평면에 위치시켰을 때, 상기 플라스틱 필름의 각 모서리 또는 일 변이 평면에서 이격되는 거리의 최대값이 1.0 mm 이하인 플라스틱 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 제 1 코팅층 또는 제 2 코팅층 상에 플라스틱 수지 필름, 점착 필름, 이형 필름, 도전성 필름, 도전층, 코팅층, 경화수지층, 비도전성 필름, 금속 메쉬층 및 패턴화된 금속층으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1개 이상의 층을 더 포함하는 플라스틱 필름.
