Abstract
(A) 중심핵 및 중심핵에 결합된 아암부를 가지며, 아암부가, 하기 일반식 (1) 로 나타내는 반복 단위 및 하기 일반식 (2) 로 나타내는 반복 단위를 포함하는 별형 폴리머에 (B) 금속 나노 입자를 담지하여 이루어지는 금속 나노 입자 복합체.
(식 (1) 중, R1 은 수소 원자 또는 탄소수 1 ∼ 4 의 알킬기를 나타내고, 식 (2) 중, R2 는 메틸기 또는 에틸기를 나타내며, k 는 1 ∼ 10 의 정수이다)

Claims (16)
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
금속 나노 입자가 금, 은 및 동에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 금속 원소를 포함하는 복합체. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
아암부가 일반식 (1) 로 나타내는 반복 단위로 이루어지는 폴리머 사슬과, 일반식 (2) 로 나타내는 반복 단위로 이루어지는 폴리머 사슬을 갖는 복합체. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
아암부가 일반식 (1) 로 나타내는 반복 단위와 일반식 (2) 로 나타내는 반복 단위의 블록체로 이루어지는 폴리머 사슬을 갖는 복합체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
별 형 폴리머가 수성 매체 중에서 하한 임계 용액 온도를 갖는 별 형 폴리머인 복합체. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 복합체와 수성 매체를 함유하는 금속 나노 입자 분산액.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,
수성 매체가 물, 알코올류, 지방족 케톤류, 지방족 다가 알코올류, 글리콜 유도체 및 피롤리돈류에서 선택되는 1 종 이상인 분산액. - 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,
추가로, 폴리비닐알코올, 변성 폴리비닐알코올계 수지, 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리에틸렌옥사이드, 폴리비닐피롤리돈 및 셀룰로오스에테르계 수지에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 수용성 수지를 함유하는 분산액. - 하기 공정 (a) 및 (b) 를 포함하는 금속 나노 입자 복합체의 제조 방법.
(a) 중심핵 및 중심핵에 결합된 아암부를 가지며, 아암부가 하기 일반식 (1) 로 나타내는 반복 단위 및 하기 일반식 (2) 로 나타내는 반복 단위를 포함하는 별 형 폴리머와, 금속염 및 금속 착염에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종 이상을 수성 매체 중에서 접촉시켜, 금속염 및 금속 착염에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종 이상을 별형 폴리머에 흡착시키는 공정

(b) 공정 (a) 에서 흡착된 금속염 및 금속 착염에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종 이상에 환원제를 접촉시키는 공정 - 제 9 항에 있어서,
금속염 및 금속 착염에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종 이상이, 금, 은 및 동에서 선택되는 1 종 이상의 금속 원소를 포함하는 제조 방법. - 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서,
환원제가 알칼리 금속 수소화 붕소염, 하이드라진 화합물, 시트르산 또는 그 염, 숙신산 또는 그 염, 및 아스코르브산 또는 그 염에서 선택되는 1 종 이상인 제조 방법. - 제 9 항 내지 제 11 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
추가로, 하기 공정 (c) ∼ (d) 를 포함하고, 별형 폴리머가 수성 매체 중에서 하한 임계 용액 온도를 갖는 별 형 폴리머인 제조 방법.
(c) 공정 (b) 에서 얻어진 금속 나노 입자 복합체를 함유하는 수성 매체를 별 형 폴리머의 하한 임계 용액 온도보다 높은 온도로 가열하여, 금속 나노 입자 복합체를 포함하는 응집상과 수성 매체를 포함하는 액상으로 분리하고, 응집상을 회수하는 공정
(d) 공정 (c) 에서 회수한 응집상을, 별 형 폴리머의 하한 임계 용액 온도보다 낮은 온도에서, 공정 (a) 에서 사용한 수성 매체와 동일 또는 상이한 수성 매체에 분산시키는 공정 - 제 9 항 내지 제 12 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
수성 매체가 물, 알코올류, 지방족 케톤류, 지방족 다가 알코올류, 글리콜 유도체 및 피롤리돈류에서 선택되는 1 종 이상인 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 복합체와, 가교성 화합물 및 막 형성용 수지에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종을 함유하는 금속 나노 입자 분산막 형성용 조성물.
- 제 14 항에 있어서,
막 형성용 수지가 수용성 수지 및 아크릴 수지에서 선택되는 적어도 1 종인 막형성용 조성물. - 제 14 항 또는 제 15 항에 기재된 막형성용 조성물을 이용하여 얻어지는 금속 나노 입자 분산막.
