도 2는 래들에서 출탕되는 용강온도에 따른 턴디쉬 내 용강온도의 변화를 보여주기 위한 그래프이다.
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 턴디쉬의 용강온도 유지 과정을 나타낸 순서도이다.
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 보정온도(a)를 구하는 과정을 나타낸 순서도이다.
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 턴디쉬의 예측 용강온도와 실측 용강온도를 비교하여 나타낸 그래프이다.

Claims (5)
- 미리 설정된 래들 잔탕량(X)을 하기 관계식에 대입하여 턴디쉬 내 예측 용강온도를 계산하는 단계;
상기에서 계산된 턴디쉬 내 예측 용강온도와 설정된 용강 목표온도범위를 비교하는 단계; 및
상기의 비교 결과에 따라 1차 래들 이후 출탕이 개시되는 2차 래들의 용강을 승온 또는 냉각시켜, 상기 2차 래들의 출탕 동안의 턴디쉬 용강온도가 상기 목표온도범위 이내가 되도록 상기 2차 래들의 용강온도를 조절하는 단계;를 포함하는 턴디쉬의 용강온도 유지방법.

여기서, X는 래들 잔탕량(ton)이고, Y는 턴디쉬 예측 용강온도(℃)이고, a는 턴디쉬 예측 용강온도와 실제 용강온도 간의 편차(℃)에 대한 보정온도임.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 턴디쉬 내 예측 용강온도는 적어도 하나 이상의 래들 잔탕량(X) 값을 상기 관계식1에 대입하여 얻어진 턴디쉬 예측 용강온도(Y)의 평균값인 턴디쉬의 용강온도 유지방법. - 청구항 2에 있어서,
상기 래들 잔탕량(X)은 주조 초기, 중기, 및 말기 각각의 래들 잔탕량인 턴디쉬의 용강온도 유지방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 용강 목표온도범위는 주조강종의 응고온도보다 20 내지 35℃ 높게 설정되는 턴디쉬의 용강온도 유지방법.
