도 2는 본 발명의 예비 산화 공정에 있어서의 산화 처리에 이용하는 킬른의 사용 상태를 나타낸 단면 모식도이다.
ST20 : 산화 공정
S20 : 건식 공정
ST21 : 용융 공정
ST22 : 슬래그 분리
ST23 : 합금 분리
ST24 : 배출 가스 처리
ST25 : 탈인 공정
ST26 : 합금 쇼트화 공정
S30 : 습식 공정
ST31 : 용해 공정
ST32 : 원소 분리 공정
1 : 킬른
10 : 킬른 본체
11 : 구동 기어
12 : 버너 파이프
13 : 반입구
14 : 배출구
Claims (5)
- 폐전지로부터의 유가 금속 회수 방법으로서,
상기 폐전지를 300℃ 이상 600℃ 미만의 온도에서 배소하는 배소 공정과,
상기 배소 공정에 의해 배소한 폐전지를 1100℃ 이상 1200℃ 이하에서 배소하여 산화 처리를 행하는 산화 공정과,
상기 산화 공정 후의 폐전지를 용융하여, 슬래그와, 유가 금속의 합금을 분리하여 회수하는 건식 공정을 구비하는 유가 금속 회수 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 건식 공정 중의 용융 공정에서, 추가적인 산화 처리를 행하는 추가 산화 공정을 구비하는 유가 금속 회수 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 배소 공정과 상기 산화 공정을, 단일 가열로 내의 온도를 축차적으로 변동시킴으로써, 상기 단일 가열로 내에서 행하는 유가 금속 회수 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 배소 공정과 상기 산화 공정을, 단일 가열로 내를 복수의 구역으로 나누고 이 구역마다 상이한 온도로 가열함으로써, 상기 단일 가열로 내에서 행하는 유가 금속 회수 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폐전지는 플라스틱 케이스가 부수되는 전지 팩인 유가 금속 회수 방법.
