Abstract
본 발명의 쉘앤튜브 열교환기의 튜브시트와 튜브의 접합방법은 튜브 시트(20)의 측면에 튜브가 삽입되는 튜브삽입홈에서 미리 정해진 거리만큼 이격된 튜브시트 홈(22)을 형성하고, 상기 튜브삽입홈의 내면에 튜브홈(12)를 형성하는 단계; 상기 튜브시트의 튜브삽입홈에 튜브를 삽입하여 튜브를 확관시키는 단계; 및 튜브 시트(20)와 튜브(10)와의 결합은 튜브측 웰딩(14)과 쉘측 웰딩(24)이 각각 이루어지는 단계를 포함한다.

Claims (5)
- 쉘앤튜브 열교환기의 튜브시트와 튜브의 접합방법에 있어서,
튜브 시트(20)의 측면에 튜브가 삽입되는 튜브삽입홈에서 미리 정해진 거리만큼 이격된 튜브시트 홈(22)을 형성하고, 상기 튜브삽입홈의 내면에 튜브홈(12)를 형성하는 단계;
상기 튜브시트의 튜브삽입홈에 튜브를 삽입하여 튜브를 확관시키는 단계;
튜브 시트(20)와 튜브(10)의 결합인 튜브측 웰딩(14) 및 쉘측 웰딩(24)이 이루어지는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접합방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 튜브시트 홈(22)에 의해 형성된 튜브 시트 하단 접합부(23)의 두께는 튜브(20)의 두께와 동일한 것을 특징으로 하는 접합 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 튜브시트 홈은 원호 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 접합 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 튜브 홈은 원호 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 접합 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 쉘측 웰딩은 튜브 외측에 용접토치를 위치시켜 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 접합방법.
