Claims (3)
- 二対のヘッダと、内管と外管とからなる伝熱管とからなり、当該内管と外管にそれぞれ流体を通して熱交換させる熱交換器において、
前記二対のヘッダを、
外管と内管の間に流体を通す一対の第一ヘッダと、内管に流体を通す一対の第二ヘッダとで構成し、
前記第一ヘッダを、
前記伝熱管の軸面と平行な面で分割された分割面を有する第一壁面と、当該第一壁面に対向する第二壁面で構成されるとともに、当該第一壁面の分割面に設けられ、外管の外周部に接するように形成された第一凹部と、当該第二壁面の分割面に設けられ、内管の外周部に接するように形成された第二凹部とを有するように構成するとともに、
当該第一凹部と外管との隙間、第二凹部と内管との隙間および分割面を封止する封止材を有するように構成したことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 前記第二ヘッダは、前記内管の軸面と平行な面で分割された分割面を有する第三壁面と、当該第三壁面の分割面に設けられ、内管の外周部に接するように形成された第三凹部とを有するように構成するとともに、
第三凹部と内管との隙間および分割面を封止する封止材を有するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記伝熱管を、外管に内接する二本の内管を有するように構成し、外管の軸面、内管の軸面、前記第一壁面の分割面および前記第二壁面の分割面とを同一面としたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
