도 2는 또 다른 종래 기술에 따른 쉘앤튜브 열교환기의 쉘앤튜브 용접구조에 대한 단면도이며,
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 쉘앤튜브 열교환기를 도시한 단면도이고,
도 4는 본 발명에 따른 쉘앤튜브 열교환기를 제작하는 과정 중 튜브시트홈 형성단계 및 튜브접합부재 삽입단계를 도시한 단면도이며,
도 5는 본 발명에 따른 쉘앤튜브 열교환기를 제작하는 과정 중 링와이어 제작단계를 도시한 도면이고,
도 6은 본 발명에 따른 쉘앤튜브 열교환기를 제작하는 과정 중 링와이어 삽입단계를 도시한 단면도이며,
도 7은 도 6의 실시예의 실제 사진을 촬영한 사시도이고,
도 8은 본 발명에 따른 쉘앤튜브 열교환기를 제작하는 과정 중 튜브 삽입단계를 도시한 단면도이며,
도 9는 도 8의 실시예의 실제 사진을 촬영한 사시도이고,

Claims (3)
- 튜브측과 쉘측에 각각 다른 유체가 유입 및 유출되면서 상호 간에 열교환이 이루어지도록 원통 형상의 동체로 된 쉘과, 상기 쉘의 내부를 구획하도록 설치되고, 서로 마주보도록 복수의 튜브삽입홀이 각각 관통 형성된 한 쌍의 튜브시트와, 상기 튜브시트 사이를 연결하도록 서로 마주보는 상기 튜브삽입홀 각각에 용접 결합되는 복수의 튜브를 포함하는 쉘앤튜브 열교환기에 있어서,
상기 튜브시트의 튜브삽입홀의 길이보다 작은 길이를 가진 원통 형상이고, 상기 튜브와 동일한 직경으로 형성되며, 상기 튜브시트 각각의 튜브삽입홀 내부로 각각 삽입되는 복수의 튜브접합부재와,
비피복 용접봉인 장형의 용접와이어를 일정한 길이로 절단한 후 링형상으로 제작되고, 상기 튜브 각각의 양단 외주에 각각 삽입되도록 상기 튜브의 직경보다 큰 직경을 가진 복수의 링와이어를 더 포함하고,
상기 튜브시트 각각은,
서로 마주보는 면에 상기 튜브삽입홀로부터 외주방향을 향해 소정의 거리만큼 이격된 환형의 튜브시트홈을 함몰 형성하여 상기 튜브시트홈과 상기 튜브삽입홀 사이에 접합부가 형성되고,
상기 튜브 각각은,
양단이 상기 튜브접합부재의 마주보는 각각의 일단에 접촉되고, 상기 접합부에 상기 링와이어가 접촉됨과 동시에 상기 튜브시트홈의 함몰된 간격 범위 내에 각각 위치하도록 상기 튜브시트의 마주보는 각각의 튜브삽입홀에 삽입되며, 상기 튜브접합부재의 내부로 삽입된 용접토치를 이용하여 상기 튜브시트 각각에 상기 링와이어를 용가재로 하여 상기 튜브접합부재 및 상기 접합부와 함께 용접결합되고,
상기 튜브접합부재 각각은,
일단이 상기 튜브시트의 마주보는 각각의 튜브삽입홀에 삽입된 상기 튜브에 접촉함과 동시에 상기 튜브시트홈의 함몰된 간격 범위 내에 위치하고, 타단은 상기 튜브삽입홀의 끝단과 일치하도록 상기 튜브시트 각각의 튜브삽입홀 내부로 삽입되고,
상기 튜브시트의 튜브시트홈 간격 범위 내로 상기 튜브접합부재 각각의 일단과 상기 튜브의 양단이 각각 접촉된 상태에서 상기 튜브접합부재의 내부로 용접토치를 삽입하여 용접을 실시할 경우 상기 튜브접합부재 각각의 일단과 상기 튜브의 양단이 각각 접촉된 부위와 함께 접촉된 틈새를 통해 상기 튜브시트의 접합부까지 용접열이 직접 전달되고, 상기 튜브시트의 접합부에 접촉된 상기 링와이어가 용융되면서 상기 링와이어를 용가재로 하여 상기 튜브접합부재 각각의 일단과 상기 튜브의 양단이 함께 용접결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 쉘앤튜브 열교환기. - 삭제
