도 6은 본 발명에 따른 제어장치가 적용되는 고압 인버터 시스템의 단위 전력셀의 일실시예 구성도이다.
도 7은 도 6의 전력보상 전압발생부의 일실시예 상세 구성도이다.

Claims (9)
- 고압 인버터의 출력전압을 합성하는 단위 전력셀의 직류단 전압의 맥동을 줄이기 위한 제어장치에 있어서,
복수의 전력소자로 구성되며, 인가되는 3상전원을 직류전압으로 변환하는 펄스폭변조(PWM) 컨버터부;
상기 복수의 전력소자의 스위치 신호인 PWM 신호를 출력하는 게이트신호 발생부;
전류지령과 측정전류로부터 전압지령을 생성하여 상기 게이트신호 발생부에 인가하는 전류제어부; 및
상기 PWM 컨버터부의 입력과 출력의 전력차를 보상하는 전압을 생성하여, 상기 전류제어부에 제공하는 전력보상 전압발생부를 포함하는 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
전압지령과 상기 직류전압을 이용하여, 동기좌표계상의 상기 전류지령을 생성하는 직류단 전압제어부를 더 포함하는 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,
입력전원의 위상각 정보를 제공하는 위상검출부; 및
상기 입력전원을 동기좌표계로 변환하여, 상기 전류제어부에 제공(측정전류)하는 제1좌표변환부를 더 포함하는 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전력보상 전압발생부는,
상기 PWM 컨버터부의 입출력간 전력차로부터 보상전압의 크기를 결정하는 크기결정부;
상기 보상전압의 위상을 결정하는 제1 및 제2위상결정부;
크기 및 위상이 결정된 보상전압을, 정지좌표계에서 동기좌표계로 변환하는 제2좌표변환부를 포함하는 제어장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 크기결정부는 비례제어기이며,
비례이득의 크기에 의해 보상전압의 크기가 결정되는 제어장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 크기결정부는,
상기 PWM 컨버터부의 입출력간 전력차를 전원단 전류의 크기로 나누어 지령전압의 크기를 결정하는 제어장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 제1위상결정부는,
정현함수를 이용하여 위상을 결정하는 제어장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 제2위상결정부는,
이현함수를 이용하여 위상을 결정하는 제어장치.
- 고압 인버터의 출력전압을 합성하는 단위 전력셀의 직류단 전압의 맥동을 줄이기 위한 제어장치에 있어서,
PWM 컨버터부의 입력과 출력의 전력차를 보상하는 전압을 생성하여, 상기 PWM 컨버터부의 스위칭을 제어하는 전력보상 전압발생부를 포함하는 제어장치.
