Abstract
[해결수단] 전지셀 내부에 양극과, 실리콘계 음극 활물질을 함유하는 음극 페이스트를 이용하여 제작된 음극과, 비수전해액을 가지는 비수전해질 2차전지로서, 하기 일반식(1)로 표시되는 이온성 화합물이, 상기 전지셀 내부에 함유된 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 2차전지.

(식 중, Xm +는, N+, P+, 또는 S+를 가지는 유기 양이온, 알칼리 금속 양이온, 또는 알칼리토류 금속 양이온을 나타내고, m은 상기 X의 가수이고, n은 n=m를 만족하는 자연수이다.)

Claims (5)
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이온성 화합물이, 상기 비수전해액에 첨가된 것, 상기 음극 페이스트에 첨가된 것, 또는, 상기 비수전해액 및 상기 음극 페이스트에 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 2차전지.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 이온성 화합물이, 상기 비수전해액에 0.5~20질량% 첨가된 것, 상기 음극 페이스트에 상기 실리콘계 음극 활물질에 대하여 0.05~10질량% 첨가된 것, 또는, 상기 비수전해액에 0.5~20질량% 첨가되며 상기 음극 페이스트에 상기 실리콘계 음극 활물질에 대하여 0.05~10질량% 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 2차전지.
- 제2항에 있어서,
상기 이온성 화합물이, 상기 비수전해액에 0.5~20질량% 첨가된 것, 상기 음극 페이스트에 상기 실리콘계 음극 활물질에 대하여 0.05~10질량% 첨가된 것, 또는, 상기 비수전해액에 0.5~20질량% 첨가되며 상기 음극 페이스트에 상기 실리콘계 음극 활물질에 대하여 0.05~10질량% 첨가된 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 2차전지.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 이온성 화합물이, 상기 실리콘계 음극 활물질의 표면에 코팅된 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 2차전지.
