Claims (7)
- 투명 윈도우 상의 외곽 영역에 유효 표시 영역을 한정하는 차폐층을 형성하는 공정과,
상기 투명 윈도우 상에 차폐층을 덮도록 평탄화층을 형성하는 공정과,
상기 평탄화층 상에 X축 방향의 길이가 Y축 방향의 폭 보다 큰 영역을 노출시키는 제 1 마스크층을 형성하는 공정과,
상기 제 1 마스크층에 의해 노출된 평탄화층 상에 투명한 도전성 물질을 증착하여 제 1 연결부를 형성하는 공정과,
상기 제 1 마스크층을 제거하고 상기 평탄화층 상에 상기 제 1 연결부의 X축 방향의 길이의 양 끝단이 노출되고 Y축 방향의 폭의 측면도 덮도록 절연층을 형성하는 공정과,
상기 평탄화층 상에 적어도 상기 제 1 연결부의 X축 방향의 양측 끝단을 노출시키는 제 2 마스크층을 형성하는 공정과,
상기 제 1 마스크층에 의해 노출된 평탄화층 상에 투명한 도전성 물질을 증착하여 Y축을 따라 N개가 X축 상의 M개의 열로 배열되되 X축 상의 M개의 열이 인접하는 것과 각각 이격되면서 상기 제 1 연결부에 의해 전기적으로 연결되고 Y축의 N개가 제 2 연결부에 의해 전기적으로 연결되는 감지 전극을 형성하는 공정을 포함하는 터치 패널의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서 상기 평탄화층을 투명한 잉크로 형성하는 터치 패널의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서 상기 평탄화층을 실크스크린 인쇄, 그라비아 인쇄 또는 콤마 인쇄의 방법으로 형성하는 터치 패널의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서 상기 제 1 및 제 2 마스크층을 UV 잉크로 형성하는 터치 패널의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서 상기 제 1 및 제 2 마스크층을 실크스크린 인쇄, 그라비아 인쇄 또는 콤마 인쇄 등의 인쇄 방법으로 형성하는 터치 패널의 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서 상기 절연층을 마스크를 이용하여 절연성 잉크로 형성하는 제조 방법.
- 청구항 1에 있어서 상기 절연층을 실크스크린 인쇄, 그라비아 인쇄 또는 콤마 인쇄 등의 인쇄 방법으로 형성하는 터치 패널의 제조 방법.
