Claims (6)
- 유효 영역과 더미 영역이 정의되는 기판;
상기 기판의 유효 영역에 형성되는 투명 전극; 및
상기 기판의 더미 영역에 형성되고 상기 투명 전극과 전기적으로 연결되는 배선을 포함하고,
상기 투명 전극과 상기 배선이 상기 기판의 동일한 층에서 동일한 물질로 형성되고,
상기 배선은 상기 기판과 직접 접촉하고, 외부 회로와 연결되는 터치 패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 기판의 상기 더미 영역에 외곽 더미층을 포함하는 터치 패널. - 제2항에 있어서,
상기 외곽 더미층은 상기 배선 위에 형성되는 터치 패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 투명 전극 및 상기 배선을 덮으면서 절연층 및 비산 방지 필름 중 적어도 어느 하나가 형성되는 터치 패널. - 제4항에 있어서,
상기 절연층 및 상기 비산 방지 필름 중 적어도 어느 하나의 외곽부에 외곽 더미층을 포함하는 터치 패널. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 투명 전극 및 상기 배선은 인듐 틴 산화물(indium tin oxide), 인듐 징크 산화물(indium zinc oxide), 탄소 나노 튜브(carbon nano tube, CNT), 전도성 폴리머 및 은 나노 와이어(Ag nano wire)로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 물질을 적어도 어느 하나 포함하는 터치 패널.
