Claims (8)
- C 를 0.10 질량% 이상 함유하는 강판을, 오스테나이트 단상역 또는 (오스테나이트 + 페라이트) 2 상역으로 가열 후, 마텐자이트 변태 개시 온도 Ms 를 지표로 하여, Ms 미만, Ms - 150 ℃ 이상의 온도역에 목표로 하는 냉각 정지 온도를 정하여 냉각시키고, 미변태 오스테나이트의 일부를 마텐자이트 변태시킨 후, 승온하여 마텐자이트의 템퍼링을 실시하는 것에 의한 고강도 강판의 제조시에, 상기 강판의 판폭 방향에 걸친 최냉 부위를, 목표로 하는 냉각 정지 온도에서부터 (냉각 정지 온도 + 15 ℃) 의 온도역에, 15 초 이상 100 초 이하의 시간 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 오스테나이트 단상역 또는 (오스테나이트 + 페라이트) 2 상역으로 가열 후, 상기 냉각 정지까지의 동안, 혹은 상기 템퍼링 공정 또는 그 이후의 공정에 있어서, 용융 아연 도금 처리 또는 합금화 용융 아연 도금 처리를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 강판이, 질량% 로,
C:0.10 % 이상 0.73 % 이하,
Si:3.0 % 이하,
Mn:0.5 % 이상 3.0 % 이하,
P:0.1 % 이하,
S:0.07 % 이하,
Al:3.0 % 이하 및
N:0.010 % 이하
를 함유하고, 잔부는 Fe 및 불가피적 불순물의 성분 조성으로 이루어지는 강판인 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법. - 제 3 항에 있어서,
상기 강판이 추가로, 질량% 로,
Cr:0.05 % 이상 5.0 % 이하,
V:0.005 % 이상 1.0 % 이하 및
Mo:0.005 % 이상 0.5 % 이하
중에서 선택한 1 종 또는 2 종 이상을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법. - 제 3 항 또는 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 강판이 추가로, 질량% 로,
Ti:0.01 % 이상 0.1 % 이하 및
Nb:0.01 % 이상 0.1 % 이하
중에서 선택한 1 종 또는 2 종을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법. - 제 3 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 강판이 추가로, 질량% 로,
B:0.0003 % 이상 0.0050 % 이하
를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법. - 제 3 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 강판이 추가로, 질량% 로,
Ni:0.05 % 이상 2.0 % 이하 및
Cu:0.05 % 이상 2.0 % 이하
중에서 선택한 1 종 또는 2 종을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법. - 제 3 항 내지 제 7 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 성분 조성이 추가로, 질량% 로,
Ca:0.001 % 이상 0.005 % 이하 및
REM:0.001 % 이상 0.005 % 이하
중에서 선택한 1 종 또는 2 종을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 강판의 제조 방법.
