Abstract
본 발명에 따른 염료 감응 태양 전지는 표면에 요오드와 반응할 수 있는 반응형 화합물을 염료와 함께 공흡착시킨 금속 산화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
본 발명에 따른 염료 감응 태양 전지는 소량의 염료를 이용하면서도 3가 요오드에 의한 광전자 재결합을 방지할 수 있어, 고효율의 염료 감응형 태양전지를 제공하게 된다.

- 반도체 전극, 상대전극 및 전해질을 포함하는 염료감응형 태양전지에 있어서, 상기 반도체 전극은 금속산화물 반도체를 포함하고 염료가 흡착된 다공성 박막에 고분자 박막이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 박막은 금속 산화물에 고정된 것을 특징으로 하는 태양전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 박막은 금속 산화물에 염료 분자와 반응형 흡착체를 흡착한 후 단량체와 가교제를 공중합하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 박막은 다공성 박막인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 박막은 가교된 고분자 박막인 것을 특징으로 하는 태양 전지.
