Claims (2)
- 중량 %로 Co: 11.5~13.5%, Cr: 3.0~5.0%, Mo: 0.7~2.0%, W: 8.5~10.5%, Al: 3.5~5.5%, Ti: 2.5~4.5%, Ta: 6.0~8.0%, Re: 2.0~4.0%, Ru: 0.1~2.0% 이고, 나머지는 Ni과 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지고 Al/Ti 조성비가 0.7~2.2인 크리프 특성이 우수한 단결정 니켈기 초내열합금.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 초내열합금은 γ 기지와 γ' 석출물의 혼합조직을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 크리프 특성이 우수한 단결정 니켈기 초내열합금.
