Claims (32)
- 무선 송수신 유닛(wireless transmit/receive unit; WTRU)에 의해 수행되는 방법으로서,
상기 WTRU에 의해 CELL_PCH 또는 URA_PCH 상태에서 동작하는 단계;
상기 WTRU에 의해, 고속 공유 제어 채널(high speed shared control channel; HS-SCCH) 전송 상의 상기 WTRU에 대한 고속 다운링크 패킷 액세스(high speed downlink packet access; HSDPA) 무선 네트워크 임시 아이덴티티(radio network temporary identity; H-RNTI)를 수신하는 단계;
상기 WTRU에 의해 측정을 수행하는 단계;
상기 WTRU에 의해, 상기 WTRU에 대한 H-RNTI를 수신하는 조건하에 CELL_PCH 또는 URA_PCH 상태로부터 CELL_FACH로 전이하는 단계; 및
상기 WTRU에 의해, 상기 CELL_FACH 상태에서 랜덤 액세스 채널(random access channel; RACH)을 통해 노드-B(Node-B)에 상기 측정에 관한 측정 리포트를 전송하는 단계
를 포함하는 WTRU에 의해 수행되는 방법. - 제1항에 있어서, 상기 측정 리포트는 측정된 블록 에러 레이트(block error rate; BLER), 다운링크 기준 채널 상의 경로 손실, 상기 다운링크 기준 채널 상에서 측정된 신호 대 잡음 비(signal-to-noise ratio; SNR), 공통 파일롯 채널(common pilot channel; CPICH)의 수신된 신호 전력, 상기 CPICH의 Ec/No, 램덤 액세스 채널(RACH) 전송에 필요한 RACH 프리앰블 램프업들(ramp-up)의 수, 또는 상기 다운링크 기준 채널 상의 수신 전력 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것인 WTRU에 의해 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 측정 리포트는 상기 WTRU들 사이의 충돌 가능성을 감소시키기 위해 무작위 오프셋으로 주기적으로 전송되는 것인 WTRU에 의해 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 측정 리포트를 포함한 RACH 전송과 상기 측정 리포트를 포함하지 않는 RACH 전송을 구별하도록 RACH 프리앰블에 대한 서명 시퀀스들의 세트가 상기 RACH를 통해 상기 측정 리포트를 전송하기 위해 예비할당(reserve)되는 것인 WTRU에 의해 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 측정 리포트를 포함한 RACH 전송과 상기 측정 리포트를 포함하지 않은 RACH 전송을 구별하도록 채널화 및 스크램블링 코드들의 세트가 RACH를 통해 상기 측정 리포트를 전송하기 위해 예비할당되는 것인 WTRU에 의해 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 WTRU가 상기 CELL_FACH 상태에 있는 동안에, 상기 측정 리포트는 셀 재선택시 전송되는 것인 WTRU에 의해 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, RACH 프리앰블 또는 RACH 메시지 내의 측정 리포트를 주기적인 간격으로 전송하는 단계를 더 포함하는 WTRU에 의해 수행되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 WTRU에 의해 상기 CELL_PCH 또는 URA_PCH 상태에서 HSDPA 데이터를 수신하는 단계를 더 포함하는 WTRU에 의해 수행되는 방법.

상기 CELL_FACH 상태에서 랜덤 액세스 채널(random access channel; RACH)을 통해 노드-B(Node-B)에 상기 측정에 관한 측정 리포트를 전송하도록 구성된 회로
를 포함하는 WTRU. - 제12항에 있어서, 상기 측정 리포트는 측정된 블록 에러 레이트(block error rate; BLER), 다운링크 기준 채널 상의 경로 손실, 상기 다운링크 기준 채널 상에서 측정된 신호 대 잡음 비(signal-to-noise ratio; SNR), 공통 파일롯 채널(common pilot channel; CPICH)의 수신된 신호 전력, 상기 CPICH의 Ec/No, 램덤 액세스 채널(RACH) 전송에 필요한 RACH 프리앰블 램프업들(ramp-up)의 수, 또는 상기 다운링크 기준 채널 상의 수신 전력 중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것인 WTRU.
