Abstract
본 발명에 있어서, 수발포 폴리이소시아누레이트 발포체 조성물은 내열성, 방음성, 난연성, 내약품성이 우수하고 기존의 폴리이소시아누레이트의 발포체 조성물의 발포제로 사용되어오던 CFC(염화불화탄소), HCFC(수소화염화플루오르화탄소), HFC(수소화불화탄소), C-Pentane 등과 같은 오존층파괴 물질이나 휘발성유기화합물(VOCs)과 같은 물질을 사용하지 않고 물만을 발포재로 사용하는 것이 장점이며 기존의 폴리이소시아누레이트 폴리우레탄 발포체 조성물의 물성을 그대로 유지한 수발포 폴리이소시아누레이트 폴리우레탄 발포체 조성물을 제조하는 방법이다.

Claims (10)
- 레진혼합물 폴리올 100중량부에 있어 한가지 이상의 폴리올 50~85 중량부, 반응 시간을 조절하기 위한 촉매 0.5~5 중량부, 삼량화 시키기 위한 삼량화 촉매 0.5~13 중량부, 정포제 및 가교제 0.5~15 중량부, 보조제 5~30 중량부, 발포제 물 0.3~7 중량부로 구성되고,
이소시아네이트(isocyanate) 100~300 중량부를 혼합하여 얻어진 수발포 폴리이소시아누레이트 폴리우레탄 발포체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어 2~6의 평균 관능기와 30~400㎎KOH/g의 평균 수산기를 갖는 폴리에테르 폴리올이나 폴리에스테르 폴리올 중 단독으로 사용하거나 2가지 이상 혼합하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수발포 폴리이소시아누레이트 폴리우레탄 발포체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어 반응 시간을 조절하기 위한 촉매로는 아민계 촉매를 사용하며 단독으로 사용하거나 2가지 이상 혼합하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수발포 폴리이소시아누레이트 폴리우레탄 발포체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어 삼량화 촉매는 포타슘(potassium) 촉매 또는, 암모늄(ammonium) 촉매 중 택하여 단독으로 사용하거나 2가지 이상 혼합하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수발포 폴리이소시아누레이트 폴리우레탄 발포체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어 보조제는 인계난연제, 질소계난연제, 무기계난연제를 사용함에 있어 인계난연제를 단독으로 사용 할 수 있으며 필요에 따라 두가지 이상의 난연제를 혼합하여 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수발포 폴리이소시아누레이트 폴리우레탄 발포체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어 발포제로는 물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수발포 폴리이소시아누레이트 폴리우레탄 발포체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어 이소시아네이트(isocyanate)는 MDI(메틸렌디페닐디이소시아네이트), TDI(톨루엔디이소시아네이트), PREPOLYMER를 특징으로 하는 수발포 폴리이소시아누레이트 폴리우레탄 발포체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어 수발포 폴리이소시아누레이트 폴리우레탄 발포체의 밀도가 25~50kg/㎥, 열전도율 0.022kcal/mhr℃이하, 독립기포율 90%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 수발포 폴리이소시아누레이트 폴리우레탄 발포체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어 수발포 폴리이소시아누레이트 폴리우레탄 발포체를 발포하기 전 레진혼합물 폴리올과 이소시아네이트(isocyanate) 두 재료의 온도가 20~60℃ 인 것을 특징으로 하는 수발포 폴리이소시아누레이트 폴리우레탄 발포체 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어 레진혼합물 폴리올의 ODP(오존층파괴지수)가 0 이며, GWP(지구온난화지수)가 0 인 것을 특징으로 하는 수발포 폴리이소시아누레이트 폴리우레탄 발포체 조성물.
