Claims (3)
- 폴리올, 발포제, 정포제 및 기타 보조제를 혼합한 레진혼합물과 반응제를 반응시켜 얻어지는 폴리우레탄 폼에 있어서,2~6의 평균 관능기와 30~200㎎KOH/g의 평균 수산기를 갖는 폴리에테르폴리올 15~35중량%와, 폴리옥시프로필렌글리콜에 폴리옥시에틸렌글리콜이 10~50중량% 캡핑된 폴리에테르폴리올 5~15중량%와, 카르복실류, 저분자량 에스테르 중 선택된 1종과 글리콜의 축합반응으로 얻어진 방향족 폴리에스테르폴리올 5~15중량%와; 폴리디메틸실록산 공중합체 1종 이상으로 이루어진 정포제 3~12중량%와; 물로 이루어진 발포제 10~20중량%로 이루어지고,상기 레진혼합물에 인계 난연제가 전체 레진혼합물 중 10~15중량% 혼합되고,상기 반응제는 인덱스가 0.3~0.6인 MDI계 이소시아네이트로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스프레이용 저밀도 폴리우레탄 발포체 조성물.
