Abstract
본 발명은 테레프탈산과 디에틸렌글리콜 등을 중합하여 얻어지고 수산기 값이 250 mgKOH/g 이하인 폴리에스터 폴리올, 및 탄화막 형성이 우수한 페놀 혹은 노닐페놀, 포르말린, 알카놀 아민, 에틸렌 옥사이드, 프로필렌 옥사이드 등이 주원료로 사용되는 만니치 폴리올을 사용하고, 여기에 발포제, 촉매, 유기인계 난연제, 정포제 등을 사용하여 레진 프리믹스한 후, 폴리이소시아네이트와 1:1의 부피비로 혼합하고 고압발포기를 사용하여 시공하는, 난연성이 탁월한 현장 시공형 폴리우레탄 폼 단열재 및 이의 제조방법을 제공한다.

Claims (12)
- 원료로서 방향족 폴리에스터 폴리올, 만니치 폴리올 및 폴리에스터 폴리올로 이루어진 폴리올 혼합물과 삼량화 촉매와 폴리이소시아네이트를 포함하고,
상기 방향족 폴리에스터 폴리올은 테레프탈산과 디알킬렌글리콜을 중합하여 얻어지는 폴리올로서, 수산기 값은 100 내지 160 mgKOH/g이고, 상기 폴리올 혼합물에 대하여 60 내지 75중량%로 포함되며,
상기 만니치 폴리올은 페놀 화합물, 포름알데히드, 알카놀 아민 및 알킬렌 옥사이드를 중합하여 얻어지는 폴리올로서, 수산기 값은 400 내지 500 mgKOH/g 이고, 상기 폴리올 혼합물에 대하여 15 내지 25 중량%로 포함되며,
상기 폴리에스터 폴리올은 상기 폴리올 혼합물에 대하여 5 내지 15 중량%로 포함되고,
상기 삼량화 촉매는 N-하이드록시-알킬퀘터네리 암모늄 카보시레이트이며, 상기 폴리올 혼합물 100중량부에 대하여 0.5 내지 3.0 중량부 범위 내로 포함되고,
이소시아네이트 인덱스가 1.5 내지 2.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 현장 시공형 난연성 폴리우레탄 발포폼.
