Description
Claims (10)
- 難燃性発泡体配合物であって、
ジエチル(ヒドロキシメチル)ホスホネートと、
トリエチルホスフェートと、
2.0〜10.0の範囲の官能性を有し、100〜320のイソシアネートインデックスをもたらす量で存在するポリイソシアネートと、
前記ポリイソシアネートと反応することができる活性水素基を有する化合物と、
膨張剤と、
前記ポリイソシアネートのイソシアネート基と前記活性水素基を有する前記化合物の活性水素基との反応、またはイソシアヌレートを形成するためのイソシアネートの三量体化のための触媒と
を含む前記難燃性発泡体配合物。 - 前記ジエチル(ヒドロキシメチル)ホスホネートが、前記活性水素基を有する前記化合物100重量部(PBW)当たり1〜15PBWの範囲の濃度を有する、請求項1に記載の難燃性発泡体配合物。
- 前記ジエチル(ヒドロキシメチル)ホスホネートが、前記活性水素基を有する前記化合物100PBW当たり1.5〜10PBWの範囲の濃度を有する、請求項1に記載の難燃性発泡体配合物。
- 前記ジエチル(ヒドロキシメチル)ホスホネートが、前記活性水素基を有する前記化合物100PBW当たり2〜8PBWの範囲の濃度を有する、請求項1に記載の難燃性発泡体配合物。
- 前記ポリイソシアネートが、130〜320のイソシアネートインデックスをもたらす量で存在する、請求項1に記載の難燃性発泡体配合物。
- 前記ポリイソシアネートが、10〜50重量パーセントのイソシアネート(NCO)のNCO含量を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の難燃性発泡体配合物。
- 前記活性水素基を有する前記化合物が、ポリオール、ポリエステル、ポリエーテル、ポリアクリレート、アミン末端ポリマー、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の難燃性発泡体配合物。
- 前記ポリオールが、ポリエーテルポリオール、ポリエステルポリオール、ポリカーボネート、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項7に記載の難燃性発泡体配合物。
- 前記膨張剤が、その場で(in situ)発生する二酸化炭素、ギ酸、アルカン、ヒドロフルオロアルカン、およびこれらの組み合わせからなる群から選択される、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の難燃性発泡体配合物。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の配合物を硬化させることによって形成される難燃性発泡体。
