Abstract
전극 강도가 우수하고, 또한 전극 밀도를 높일 수 있는 전기 화학 소자용 전극, 및 내부 저항을 저감시키고, 또한 에너지 밀도 및 출력 밀도를 높이는 것을 가능하게 하는 전기 화학 소자를 제공한다.
(해결수단)
구상 흑연, 카본 블랙 및 도전성 접착제층용 결착제를 포함하여 이루어지는 도전성 접착제층, 그리고 전극 활물질 및 전극 조성물층용 결착제를 포함하여 이루어지는 전극 조성물층을, 집전체 상에 그 집전체측으로부터 이 순서로 가지고 이루어지는 전기 화학 소자용 전극. 상기 구상 흑연의 체적 평균 입자경이 0.1?50 ㎛ 인 것이 바람직하다.

Claims (16)
- 구상 흑연, 카본 블랙 및 도전성 접착제층용 결착제를 포함하여 이루어지는 도전성 접착제층, 그리고
전극 활물질 및 전극 조성물층용 결착제를 포함하여 이루어지는 전극 조성물층을,
집전체 상에 그 집전체측으로부터 이 순서로 가지고 이루어지는, 전기 화학 소자용 전극. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 구상 흑연의 체적 평균 입자경이 0.1?50 ㎛ 인, 전기 화학 소자용 전극. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 도전성 접착제층에 있어서의, 상기 구상 흑연과 상기 카본 블랙의 중량비가, 카본 블랙/구상 흑연의 비로 0.05?1.0 인, 전기 화학 소자용 전극. - 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 카본 블랙이, 헤테로 원소를 함유하는 것인, 전기 화학 소자용 전극. - 제 4 항에 있어서,
상기 카본 블랙 중의 헤테로 원소의 함유량이 0.01?20 중량% 인, 전기 화학 소자용 전극. - 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 도전성 접착제층용 결착제가, 아크릴레이트 중합체 또는 디엔 중합체인, 전기 화학 소자용 전극. - 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 도전성 접착제층용 결착제가, 극성기를 갖는 것인, 전기 화학 소자용 전극. - 제 7 항에 있어서,

상기 계면 활성제가 아니온성 계면 활성제인, 전기 화학 소자용 전극. - 제 1 항 내지 제 13 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 집전체가, 관통하는 구멍을 갖는 것인, 전기 화학 소자용 전극. - 제 1 항 내지 제 14 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,
상기 전극 조성물층이, 전극 활물질 및 전극 조성물층용 결착제를 포함하여 이루어지는 복합 입자로 이루어지는, 전기 화학 소자용 전극. - 제 1 항 내지 제 15 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전기 화학 소자용 전극, 세퍼레이터 및 전해액을 구비하여 이루어지는, 전기 화학 소자.
