Claims (13)
- (a) 탄소(C) : 0.004 ~ 0.02 중량%, 망간(Mn): 0.01 ~ 0.5 중량%, 황(S): 0.005 ~ 0.01 중량%, 알루미늄(Al): 0.01 ~ 0.1 중량%, 질소(N): 0.004 ~ 0.01 중량%, 인(P): 0.01 ~ 0.05 중량%, 티타늄(Ti): 0.04 ~ 0.1 중량%, 니오븀(Nb): 0.02 ~ 0.15 중량%, 구리(Cu): 0.3 ~ 0.5 중량%, 나머지 철(Fe) 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 조성되는 강 슬라브를 Ac3점 이상의 온도로 재가열하여 3 ~ 4시간 유지하는 재가열 단계;
(b) 재가열된 상기 강 슬라브를 Ar3점 이상 Ar3+100℃ 이하에서 열간 마무리 압연하여 열연강판을 제조하는 단계;
(c) 상기 열연강판을 600℃ 이하로 냉각한 후 권취하는 단계; 및
(d) 권취된 상기 열연강판을 냉간 압연한 후 600 ~ 750℃의 온도에서 소둔 하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상소둔 방식의 고강도 냉연강판 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (a) 단계의 상기 강슬라브는
탄소(C): 0.005 ~ 0.01 중량%을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상소둔 방식의 고강도 냉연강판 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (a) 단계의 상기 강슬라브는
니켈(Ni): 0.01 ~ 0.05 중량%, 크롬(Cr): 0.01 ~ 0.1 중량% 및 주석(Sn): 0.002 ~ 0.01 중량%를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상소둔 방식의 고강도 냉연강판 제조 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서,
상기 구리(Cu), 크롬(Cr), 니켈(Ni) 및 주석(Sn)은
합산 중량으로 0.32 ~ 0.66 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 상소둔 방식의 고강도 냉연강판 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (c) 단계의 상기 열연강판은
20 ~ 50℃/sec의 냉각속도로 600℃ 이하로 냉각한 후 권취하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상소둔 방식의 고강도 냉연강판 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (d) 단계의 상기 냉간 압연은
50 ~ 80%의 압하율로 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상소둔 방식의 고강도 냉연강판 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (d) 단계의 상기 소둔은
NbC 석출물 및 AlN 석출물의 평균 입경이 0.1㎛이하가 되도록 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상소둔 방식의 고강도 냉연강판 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (d) 단계의 상기 소둔은
미세 FCC-Cu 석출물이 형성되도록 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상소둔 방식의 고강도 냉연강판 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 (d) 단계의 상기 소둔은
30 ~ 35시간 동안 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상소둔 방식의 고강도 냉연강판 제조 방법.
- 탄소(C) : 0.004 ~ 0.02 중량%, 망간(Mn): 0.01 ~ 0.5 중량%, 황(S): 0.005 ~ 0.01 중량%, 알루미늄(Al): 0.01 ~ 0.1 중량%, 질소(N): 0.004 ~ 0.01 중량%, 인(P): 0.01 ~ 0.05 중량%, 티타늄(Ti): 0.04 ~ 0.1 중량%, 니오븀(Nb): 0.02 ~ 0.15 중량%, 구리(Cu): 0.3 ~ 0.5 중량%, 나머지 철(Fe) 및 기타 불가피한 불순물로 조성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상소둔 방식의 고강도 냉연강판.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 탄소(C)는
그 함량이 0.005 ~ 0.01 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 상소둔 방식의 고강도 냉연강판.
- 제10항에 있어서,
상기 냉연강판은
니켈(Ni): 0.01 ~ 0.05 중량%, 크롬(Cr): 0.01 ~ 0.1 중량% 및 주석(Sn): 0.002 ~ 0.01 중량%를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상소둔 방식의 고강도 냉연강판.
- 제12항에 있어서,
상기 구리(Cu), 크롬(Cr), 니켈(Ni) 및 주석(Sn)은
합산 중량으로 0.32 ~ 0.66 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 상소둔 방식의 고강도 냉연강판.
