Abstract
본 발명에 따른 냉연강판 제조 방법은 탄소(C) : 0.001 ~ 0.005 중량%, 망간(Mn) : 0.5 ~ 1.0 중량%, 알루미늄(Al) : 0.01 ~ 0.10 중량%, 티타늄 : 0.01 ~ 0.02 중량%, 니오븀(Nb) : 0.01 ~ 0.02 중량%, 보론(B) : 0.0003 ~ 0.0015 중량%, 인(P) : 0.02 ~ 0.04 중량%, 황(S) : 0.005 ~ 0.010 중량%, 질소(N) : 0.004 중량% 이하 및 나머지 철(Fe)과 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 슬라브 판재를 FDT(Finishing Delivery Temperature) : Ar3 ~ Ar3 + 100℃ 조건으로 열간압연하는 단계; 상기 열간압연된 판재를 20 ~ 40℃/sec의 냉각속도로 CT(Coiling Temperature) : 600 ~ 700℃까지 냉각하여 권취하는 단계; 상기 권취된 판재를 언코일링하여 산세 처리한 후, 냉간압연하는 단계; 및 상기 냉간압연된 판재를 650 ~ 750℃에서 상자소둔 열처리하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

- 탄소(C) : 0.001 ~ 0.005 중량%, 망간(Mn) : 0.5 ~ 1.0 중량%, 알루미늄(Al) : 0.01 ~ 0.10 중량%, 티타늄 : 0.01 ~ 0.02 중량%, 니오븀(Nb) : 0.01 ~ 0.02 중량%, 보론(B) : 0.0003 ~ 0.0015 중량%, 인(P) : 0.02 ~ 0.04 중량%, 황(S) : 0.005 ~ 0.010 중량%, 질소(N) : 0.004 중량% 이하 및 나머지 철(Fe)과 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 슬라브 판재를 FDT(Finishing Delivery Temperature) : Ar3 ~ Ar3 + 100℃ 조건으로 열간압연하는 단계;
상기 열간압연된 판재를 20 ~ 40℃/sec의 냉각속도로 CT(Coiling Temperature) : 600 ~ 700℃까지 냉각하여 권취하는 단계;
상기 권취된 판재를 언코일링하여 산세 처리한 후, 냉간압연하는 단계; 및
상기 냉간압연된 판재를 650 ~ 750℃에서 상자소둔 열처리하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉연강판 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 열간압연단계 이전에,
상기 슬라브 판재를 SRT(Slab Reheating Temperature) : 1100 ~ 1250℃로 재가열하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉연강판 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 상자소둔 열처리 단계에서,
열처리 유지시간은 20 ~ 40시간 동안 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉연강판 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 상자소둔 열처리 단계 이후,
상기 상자소둔 열처리된 판재를 560 ~ 640℃까지 냉각하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉연강판 제조 방법.
- 탄소(C) : 0.001 ~ 0.005 중량%, 망간(Mn) : 0.5 ~ 1.0 중량%, 알루미늄(Al) : 0.01 ~ 0.10 중량%, 티타늄 : 0.01 ~ 0.02 중량%, 니오븀(Nb) : 0.01 ~ 0.02 중량%, 보론(B) : 0.0003 ~ 0.0015 중량%, 인(P) : 0.02 ~ 0.04 중량%, 황(S) : 0.005 ~ 0.010 중량%, 질소(N) : 0.004 중량% 이하 및 나머지 철(Fe)과 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지며,
인장강도(TS) : 400MPa 이상 및 소성이방성계수(r-value) : 1.7 이상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉연강판.
- 제5항에 있어서,
상기 강판은
항복강도(YS) : 240 ~ 300MPa 및 연신율(EL) : 40% 이상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉연강판.
