Abstract
Description
상기 티타늄(Ti), 탄소(C), 질소(N), 황(S)의 함량은 식 Ti≥4C + 3.4N + 1.5S를 만족하고, 상기 니오븀(Nb), 탄소(C)의 함량은 식 Nb≥0.5C * (93/12)를 만족한다.
탄소(C) 0 초과 0.01wt% 이하, 질소(N) 0 초과 0.01wt% 이하, 황(S) 0 초과 0.01wt% 이하, 망간(Mn) 0 초과 0.15wt% 이하, 인(P) 0 초과 0.01wt% 이하, 알루미늄(Al) 0.01~0.06wt%, 보론(B) 0 초과 0.001wt% 이하, 기타 불순물 원소(구리(Cu), 니켈(Ni), 주석(Sn), 크롬(Cr)) 0 초과 0.08wt% 이하, 몰리브덴 0.01~0.02wt%, 티타늄(Ti) 0.02~0.08wt%, 니오븀(Nb) 0.005~0.05wt%을 포함하고, 나머지 철(Fe) 및 기타 불가피한 불순물의 합금조성을 갖되, 상기 티타늄(Ti), 탄소(C), 질소(N), 황(S)의 함량은 식 Ti≥4C + 3.4N + 1.5S를 만족하고, 상기 니오븀(Nb), 탄소(C)의 함량은 식 Nb≥0.5C * (93/12)를 만족하는 강 슬라브를 Ac3점 이상의 온도로 재가열하여 1-2시간 동안 유지하고, Ar3점 이하의 온도인 800~850℃ 온도범위에서 열간압연을 마무리하여 500~650℃에서 권취한 후 공냉한다.

- 탄소(C) 0 초과 0.01wt% 이하, 질소(N) 0 초과 0.01wt% 이하, 황(S) 0 초과 0.01wt% 이하, 망간(Mn) 0 초과 0.15wt% 이하, 인(P) 0 초과 0.01wt% 이하, 알루미늄(Al) 0.01~0.06wt%, 보론(B) 0 초과 0.001wt% 이하, 기타 불순물 원소(구리(Cu), 니켈(Ni), 주석(Sn), 크롬(Cr)) 0 초과 0.08wt% 이하, 몰리브덴 0.01~0.02wt%, 티타늄(Ti) 0.02~0.08wt%, 니오븀(Nb) 0.005~0.05wt%을 포함하고, 나머지 철(Fe) 및 기타 불가피한 불순물의 합금조성을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 연질 열연강판.

- 청구항 3에 있어서,상기 열간압연 후에는 20~50℃/sec의 냉각속도로 710~750℃ 온도범위까지 냉각하여 5~10초 동안 유지하고, 이 후 20~50℃/sec의 냉각속도로 권취온도까지 냉각하는 계단냉각을 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연질 열연강판의 제조방법.
