도 2는 공중합체 내의 메틸 아크릴레이트(MA: methyl acrylate)와 실리콘(KF-2001)의 조성비 및 조성물 내의 PLA와 공중합체의 블렌딩비가 변화하는 경우의 PLA-포함 수지 필름의 탁도 값(%)을 예시하는 3차원 막대 그래프이다.

도 3은 공중합체 내의 메틸 아크릴레이트(MA)와 실리콘(KF-2001)의 조성비 및 조성물 내의 PLA와 공중합체의 중량비가 변화하는 경우의 PLA-포함 수지 필름의 박리력(N/18 ㎜)을 예시하는 3차원 막대 그래프이다.

Claims (13)
- 폴리락트산; 및
(i) 메틸 (메트)아크릴레이트 및 (ii) 반응성 실리콘으로부터 형성된 (메트)아크릴-실리콘 공중합체를 포함하며, 여기서 (메트)아크릴-실리콘 공중합체의 중량 평균 분자량이 25,000 이상이고, (메트)아크릴-실리콘 공중합체가 10 내지 50 중량% 미만의 실리콘을 포함하는 폴리락트산-포함 수지 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서, 폴리락트산 및 (메트)아크릴-실리콘 공중합체 사이의 중량비가 99:1 내지 50:50인 폴리락트산-포함 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, (메트)아크릴-실리콘이 (메트)아크릴로일 기 또는 메르캅토 기로부터 선택된 반응성 기를 갖는 반응성 실리콘 및 메틸 (메트)아크릴레이트를 포함하는 반응 혼합물로부터 형성되는 폴리락트산-포함 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, (메트)아크릴-실리콘 공중합체가 그래프트 공중합체 및/또는 블록 공중합체인 폴리락트산-포함 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 필름의 형태인 폴리락트산-포함 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 폴리락트산-포함 수지 조성물로부터 형성된 30 ㎛ 두께의 필름의 탁도 값(JIS K 7136에 따라 측정됨)이 10% 이하인 폴리락트산-포함 수지 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 필름이 이형가능한 필름인 폴리락트산-포함 수지 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 이형가능한 필름이 감압성 접착제 층에 인접하여 위치하는 폴리락트산-포함 수지 조성물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 폴리락트산-포함 수지 조성물로부터 형성된 30 ㎛ 두께의 필름의 박리력이, 폴리락트산-포함 수지 조성물의 폴리락트산만으로 구성된 조성물로부터 형성된 30 ㎛ 제2 필름의 박리력에 비해 65% 이하인 폴리락트산-포함 수지 조성물.
- (메트)아크릴-실리콘 공중합체를 제조하는 단계; 및
폴리락트산 및 (메트)아크릴-실리콘 공중합체를 혼합하여 폴리락트산-포함 수지 조성물을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는, 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 하나의 항의 폴리락트산-포함 수지 조성물을 제조하는 방법. - 제10항에 있어서, 혼합 단계가 폴리락트산 및 (메트)아크릴-실리콘 공중합체의 용융-혼련(melt-kneading)을 포함하는 방법.
- 제7항의 폴리락트산-포함 수지 이형 필름; 및
제2 폴리락트산-포함 수지 필름을 포함하며,
여기서 제2 폴리락트산-포함 수지 필름이 폴리락트산-포함 수지 이형 필름 상에 적층된 폴리락트산-포함 수지 이형 필름 적층체. - 폴리락트산, 및
(i) 메틸 (메트)아크릴레이트 및 (ii) 반응성 실리콘으로부터 형성된 (메트)아크릴-실리콘 공중합체를 포함하며, 여기서 (메트)아크릴-실리콘 공중합체의 중량 평균 분자량이 25,000 이상이고, (메트)아크릴-실리콘 공중합체가 10 내지 50 중량% 미만의 실리콘을 포함하는 폴리락트산-포함 수지 조성물을 형성시키는 단계; 및
폴리락트산-포함 수지 조성물을 압출함으로써 폴리락트산-포함 수지 필름을 성형하는 단계를 포함하는, 폴리락트산-포함 수지 필름을 제조하는 방법.
