Claims (9)
- 리튬 이온 이차 전지 전극용 전해 동박으로서: 그 인장 강도가 400N/㎟이상, 신장이 4.5%이상 13%미만이며, 전기 화학적 또는 화학적으로 리튬을 흡장·방출 가능한 활물질층을 형성하는 표면의 표면 거칠기(Ra)가 0.01∼1㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 이차 전지 전극용 전해 동박.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 활물질층을 형성하는 상기 전해 동박의 표면은 도금법, 기상 성장법, 에칭법, 또는 연마법에 의해 조면화된 표면인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 이차 전지 전극용 전해 동박. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 활물질층을 형성하는 상기 전해 동박의 표면은 도금법에 의해 동을 주성분으로 하는 입자로 형성된 표면인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 이차 전지 전극용 전해 동박. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 활물질층을 형성하는 상기 전해 동박의 표면은 도금법에 의해 동을 주성분으로 하는 입자로 형성된 표면인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 이차 전지 전극용 전해 동박. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 활물질층을 형성하는 상기 전해 동박의 표면은 동의 탄도금에 의한 입자 분말상 동도금층과, 상기 입자 분말상 동도금층 상에 그 요철 형상을 손상하지 않는 치밀한 동도금(피도금)에 의해 실시된 동도금층으로 형성된 표면인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 이차 전지 전극용 전해 동박. - 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 활물질층을 형성하는 상기 전해 동박의 표면은 동의 탄도금에 의한 입자 분말상 동도금층과, 상기 입자 분말상 동도금층 상에 그 요철 형상을 손상하지 않는 치밀한 동도금(피도금)에 의해 실시된 동도금층으로 형성된 표면인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 이차 전지 전극용 전해 동박. - 전기 화학적 또는 화학적으로 리튬을 흡장·방출 가능한 활물질층을 집전체 상에 형성한 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 전극으로서: 상기 집전체가 전해 동박으로 이루어지고, 그 인장 강도가 400N/㎟이상, 신장이 4.5%이상 13%미만이고, 또한 상기 활물질층이 형성되어 있는 상기 집전체 표면의 표면 거칠기(Ra)가 0.01∼1㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 전극.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 활물질층은 규소, 게르마늄, 또는 주석을 주성분으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 이차 전지용 전극. - 전기 화학적 또는 화학적으로 리튬을 흡장·방출 가능한 활물질층을 집전체 상에 퇴적해서 형성한 부극을 갖는 리튬 이온 이차 전지로서: 상기 집전체가 전해 동박으로 이루어지고, 그 인장 강도가 400N/㎟이상, 신장이 4.5%이상 13%미만이고, 또한 상기 활물질층이 형성되어 있는 상기 집전체 표면의 표면 거칠기(Ra)가 0.01∼1㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬 이온 이차 전지.
