도 2는 본 발명의 조성 혼합물에 있어서, 블록 공중합체의 첨가에 따른 강도의 변화를 조사한 결과이고,

Claims (8)
- 목분 20 내지 50 중량%, 수지 40 내지 70 중량%, 및 암모늄 포스페이트 0.1 내지 40 중량%를 포함하는 수지 조성물 100 중량부에 대하여, 말레인산 무수물을 그라프트시킨 폴리올레핀계 블록 공중합체, 스틸렌-에틸렌/부틸렌-스틸렌 블록 공중합체, 말레인산 무수물을 그라프트시킨 스틸렌-에틸렌/부틸렌-스틸렌 블록 공중합체로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 블록 공중합체 3 내지 15 중량부를 첨가한 수지 혼합물 내에 초임계 상태의 이산화탄소가 침투되고 배출됨으로써 형성된 다공구조를 갖는 수지 발포체를 포함하는 난연성 경량 나무플라스틱.
- 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 수지 조성물은 수지 조성물 100 중량부에 대하여, 실리카 0.1 내지 15 중량부를 더 포함하는 난연성 경량 나무플라스틱. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 발포체는 밀도비율이 0.5 내지 0.8 g/㎠인 난연성 경량 나무플라스틱. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 발포체는 4 내지 18 ㎛ 평균 셀 크기의 다공성 구조를 가지는 난연성 경량 나무플라스틱. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 발포체는 단위 부피당 셀의 개수가 0.1×109 내지 5.5×109 cell/㎤인 난연성 경량 나무플라스틱. - a) 목섬유 또는 목분 20 내지 50 중량%, 수지 50 내지 70 중량% 및 암모늄 포스페이트 0.1 내지 40 중량%를 포함하는 수지 조성물 100 중량부에 대하여, 말레인산 무수물을 그라프트시킨 폴리올레핀계 블록 공중합체, 스틸렌-에틸렌/부틸렌-스틸렌 블록 공중합체, 말레인산 무수물을 그라프트시킨 스틸렌-에틸렌/부틸렌-스틸렌 블록 공중합체로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 블록 공중합체 3 내지 15 중량부를 첨가한 수지 혼합물을 펠릿상으로 제조하는 단계;
b) 초임계 상태의 이산화탄소를 5 내지 25 Mpa의 압력에서 상기 펠릿 내부로 침투시키는 단계; 및
c) 상기 초임계 상태의 이산화탄소가 침투된 펠릿으로부터 이산화탄소를 외부로 배출시킴으로써 다공성 구조를 형성하는 단계;
를 포함하는 난연성 경량 나무플라스틱의 제조방법. - 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 수지 조성물은 수지 조성물 100 중량부에 대하여, 실리카 0.1 내지 15 중량부를 더 포함하는 난연성 경량 나무플라스틱의 제조방법. - 제 6항에 있어서,
상기 이축압출기는 이축압출기내 온도는 130 내지 200℃로 설정하는 난연성 경량 나무플라스틱의 제조방법.
