Description
Claims (11)
- 폴리에스테르 필름으로 이루어지는 기재 필름의 적어도 한면에 무기 화합물로 구성되는 증착층과 공중합 수지 조성물을 사용하여 이루어지는 가스 배리어층이 순차적으로 적층되어 있는 가스 배리어성 필름으로서:
상기 가스 배리어층은 공중합체 100질량부에 차지하는 비율이 10∼30질량부인 불포화 니트릴(a)과 공중합체 100질량부에 차지하는 비율이 30∼70질량부인 수산기를 갖는 불포화 화합물(b)을 이용하여 구성되고; 상기 불포화 니트릴(a)과 상기 불포화 화합물(b)의 합계가 상기 가스 배리어층의 공중합체 수지 전체 100질량부에 대하여 20질량부 이상인 주제와, 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 화합물로 구성되는 경화제(c)와, 2개 이상의 카르복실산기 또는 1개 이상의 무수 카르복실산기를 갖는 화합물(d1)의 혼합물을 이용하여 형성되어 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 배리어성 필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 불포화 니트릴(a)은 아크릴로니트릴인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 배리어성 필름. - 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,
상기 수산기를 갖는 불포화 화합물(b)은 2-히드록시에틸메타크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 배리어성 필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 2개 이상의 카르복실산기 또는 1개 이상의 무수 카르복실산기를 갖는 화합물(d1)은 4염기산 무수물인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 배리어성 필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 가스 배리어층을 형성하는 주제는 공중합체 100질량부에 차지하는 비율이 3∼60질량부인 불포화 카르복실산 에스테르, 스티렌, 불포화 카르복실산, 불포화 탄화수소 및 비닐에스테르로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1개 이상의 불포화 화합물(e)을 단량체로서 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 배리어성 필름. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 가스 배리어층은 실란 커플링제(d2)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 배리어성 필름. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 실란 커플링제(d2)는 히드록실기를 1개 이상 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 배리어성 필름. - 제 7 항에 있어서,
상기 실란 커플링제(d2)는 아미노기, 비닐기, 에폭시기의 군에서 선택되는 1개 이상의 관능기를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 배리어성 필름. - 제 6 항에 있어서,
상기 불포화 화합물(e)은 메틸메타크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 배리어성 필름. - 제 1 항에 기재된 가스 배리어성 필름을 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 레토르트용 포장재료.
