- 수형 부분(501) 및 암형 부분(502)을 포함하는 동축 커플링으로서,수형 부분(501)은 암형 부분(502) 내로 결합될 수 있고,동축 커플링은 들어오는 유체 및 리턴 유체와 같은, 유압 유체가 암형 부분(502)을 통과하는 동안 암형 부분(502)이 수형 부분(501)으로부터 분리되도록 바이패스 밸브(218)를 포함하고,유압 유체를 위한 암형 부분(502)의 내부 파이프(2)는 적어도 하나의 앞쪽 구멍(300)과 적어도 하나의 뒤쪽 구멍(301)을 포함하며, 구멍들은 상기 바이패스 밸브(219)를 향해 배치되고,암형 부분(502)의 내부 파이프(2)및 외부 파이프 몸체(204)는 수형 부분(501)의 니플 파이프(105)와 니플 파이프 몸체(104)에 결합하기 위해서 안내되고,수형 부분(501)의 니플 파이프(105)는 상기 뒤쪽 구멍(들)(301) 위로 수형 부분(502) 내의 스프링 하중 밸브(spring-loaded valve)(218)를 밀어서, 유압 유체가 수형 부분(501)의 니플 파이프(105) 내로 도입되고,암형 부분(502)은 암형 부분(502)의 중심 축에 대해서 회전할 수 있는 핀들(213)을 수용하는 슬리브(214)에 결합되는 회전 가능한 잠금 슬리브(207)를 가지며, 수형 부분(501)의 니플 파이프 몸체(104)는 나선형 그루브(100)를 가지고,상기 결합 및 핀들(213)의 회전을 통한 잠금 슬리브(207)의 회전과 동시에, 핀들(213)의 회전을 통하여, 핀들(213)이 그루브(100) 내로 미끄러질 때, 핀들(213)은 그루브(100)의 벽들 내에 걸리고, 수형 부분의 니플 파이프 몸체(104)가 암형 부분(502) 내로 당겨지도록 하며,수형 부분(501)과 암형 부분(502)이 함께 결합되고, 잠금 슬리브(207)가 회전되기 시작할 때, 동시에 암형 부분(502)의 내부 파이프(2)의 일단은 수형 부분의 릴리프 밸브(113)를 만나고, 릴리프 밸브(113)를 열며, 가압된 오일이 니플 파이프 몸체(104) 내의 밸브들(115, 122)의 계속된 개방 이전에 암형 부분(502)의 밸브에 대해서 해제되는 것을 특징으로 하는 동축 커플링.
- 제1항에 있어서,핀(213)의 수는 두개인 동축 커플링.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,유체는 유압 오일인 동축 커플링.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,수형 부분(501)은 구조 도구와 결합되는 동축 커플링.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,수형 부분(501)은 유압으로 작동되는 도구에 결합되는 동축 커플링.
