Claims (7)
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (C)가 2-페닐-4-메틸-5-히드록시메틸이미다졸인, 반도체 밀봉용 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (D)의 함량이 에폭시 수지 조성물을 기준으로 0.05 내지 1.5 질량%인, 반도체 밀봉용 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (D)의 수 평균 분자량이 600 내지 800인, 반도체 밀봉용 에폭시 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 따른 반도체 밀봉용 에폭시 수지 조성물로 반도체 소자를 밀봉함으로써 얻어지는 반도체 장치.
